About this property

New walkable home with FREE off-street parking and 2 king beds

This brand new cottage is located just behind our home in the popular Eastwood Neighborhood. From here you can easily walk to restaurants, bars, local coffee shops, breweries, and grocery stores so you don't have to rely on a car (off street parking is available). We are also located only 10 minutes to downtown Nashville and 15 minutes to Opry Mills Mall and the Grand Ole Opry.
The space
We promise we'll make you comfortable during your stay. Enjoy free wifi with access to smart TV’s, plus lots of cozy towels and bedding. Cook in the fully equipped kitchen.

This space is a brand new construction which took us nearly 2 years to design and build. We tried to make the space as open and comfortable as possible and maximize functionality.

CLEANING FEE:
We pride ourselves on providing a clean home for our guests. We hire cleaners that not only work hard, but are family and friends of ours. They treat the property as their own and we pay them well, resulting in a slightly higher cleaning fee. It goes back to them, not some major company paying their workers minimum wage. If during your stay, anything isn’t up to your standard please let us know and we will address it right away!

Be sure inquire about early luggage drop off! Because we do on property we can usually accommodate luggage storage to allow our guests to explore the neighborhood if they arrive earlier then check in.

Very nice!

Simple check in with accurate directions as to where to park. Very clean and had all of the amenities we needed. I appreciated the ample amount of toilet paper, towels, and toiletries. Less than a 10 minute Uber ride to Broadway and first.

My husband and I moved to Nashville in 2014 without jobs or plans. Things fell in to place, and we lived downtown for 4 years and absolutely loved it. The dream of starting a family led us to buy our house in east Nashville, and we've been here for 5 years. I still work part time at a bar downtown and I'll always have a special place in my heart for downtown Nashville!

Why they chose this property

Our neighborhood was named the #2 most popular neighborhood in the country in 2016. We love the easy access to everything the city has to offer as well as how easy it is to walk to everything you could need. Since we been here, we have watched neighborhood grow and develop in to a major hub for food, drink, and art in city. Being in east allows the easy access to downtown, but the quiet feel of a neighborhood.

What makes this property unique

The home is located less than a 5 minute walk to public transportation, and in a very ride share friendly area with Uber and Lyft. This cozy cottage is only 3 miles from downtown and minutes from excellent cafes, restaurants, bars, and shops.
