Beautiful apartment with plenty of space and a great location. Host was incredibly communicative and provided helpful videos about various features of the apartment. We also appreciated the recs around Vancouver! Our whole family enjoyed the stay here!

Our family of 5 stayed at The Skydeck over the weekend. The property is exactly how it is advertised. Beautiful views of downtown Vancouver and the water. It is easily accessible to the skytrain and walkable to the Roger’s arena, BC Place and many of the unique neighbourhoods Vancouver has to offer. Arrival was seamless thanks to the easy to follow instructions from Dave. Furthermore, he provides a guide book on attractions and restaurants in the city. Dave was in contact with us to ensure everything went smoothly, there were no issues and was happy to answer any questions we had. We enjoyed chilling in the hot tub with a glass of wine every evening after a long day of exploring beautiful Vancouver. I would highly recommend Skydeck if you are looking for a unique stay in the city.

The Skydeck was an incredible rental. I will absolutely stay here again next year and would happily recommend this spot. The view and location are unbeatable. The condo was clean and fresh, safe, felt very special. The owner was incredible and went above and beyond for my week long stay. I hope you consider the Skydeck Penthouse.

Penthouse Perfect

Amazing location, views and amenities. We couldn't be happier with our stay. The hot tub was always ready to comfort us after long days walking the city to any convenient location. 5 adults and we all had our space to get ready with the 3 bathrooms. Thanks for a great stay!

I can’t say enough good things about our stay at the Skydeck Penthouse! We were celebrating a major milestone birthday and wanted a special experience. The penthouse is just as pictured-amazing views, plenty of space, fabulous hot tub and outdoor areas and perfectly located. So much to do and see. Dave is a phenomenal host who has thought of everything and is so accommodating. We had so much fun and would absolutely stay here again. I highly recommend the Skydeck Penthouse if you want a fabulous experience. P.S. insider tip….there is a foot massage place right next door and after many miles of walking it is quite the treat!

Dave was very easy to get hold of. When we were getting ready to start our time here, he sent over a link with a video to access the place and the parking. I thought at first this was a little much, Thank God he did! Do not go here without watching those two videos. The views were amazing, the hot tub was amazing, the sleeping arrangements worked great for my wife and 3 kids(including 2 teens). Would come back again and again!

David was an excellent and attentive host. He checked in with us daily and promptly responded to a query that we had. There was a detailed guide on google drive with informative videos on every aspect of the house. The Penthouse is stunning with gorgeous panoramic views. Very comfortable furnishings and no detail overlooked. We were there over Christmas and he even had a beautifully decorated Christmas tree up for us, as well as other decorations around the house.

Amazing views and amenities, walking everywhere

We felt home at Dave's place, it's nicely finished and welcoming. Our party of 2 adults and 2 kids had a lot of space to spread out between two floors. Sundeck with hot tub is amazing experience at any time of a day. We enjoyed it several times. Building has a nice pool, Jacuzzi and sauna. Perfect relaxing combo after busy day. Kitchen was well stocked if you plan to cook, we didnt with so many dining options in walking distance. Thank you, Dave, for sharing your place with us!

My husband and I and another couple rented Dave's condo for 4 nights. It is the penthouse on a downtown building and the views are priceless. Also has a hot tub and firepit on the top floor which we thoroughly enjoyed. Dave had left us wine and chocolates on our arrival which was also such a nice touch. The condo is decorated so nicely but so comfortable as well. In addition to the condo, Dave owns a really nice boat and gives tours of Vancouver from the water. We booked this tour and it was a definite plus. We had a fantastic time and Dave is extremely informative about the area and a great host and really just a very nice guy.I would highly recommend renting this condo and booking the boat tour - loved every minute of both.

Stellar Views, Great Location and Super Comfortable!

We enjoyed the Skydeck Penthouse so much and would not hesitate to stay there again! Very spacious and comfortable (two thumbs up for the beds and pillows), with a fantastic location in the city. We stayed with another couple and there was plenty of room for hanging out in the spacious living room and kitchen or one of the two decks (yes two decks!), but also lots of privacy for all. Each suite has its own full bathroom with great showers and tubs, and another half bath for the living room area. The upper hot tub deck is amazing and truly unique; well furnished, with comfy seating and full table and a beautiful hot tub with the best views for miles day or night! Great WiFi, as well as free parking. Communication and instructions with Dave were excellent, from check in to check out it was a breeze. Thank you Dave!! We will have to plan ahead to book, as we are sure with what a gem this place is it will book up quickly.

A Slice of Heaven in the Heart of Vancouver

Soaking in the private hot tub while overlooking the city lights and Canada Place was unforgettable. We loved gathering around the fire table and watching the sun set. Inside, the penthouse exudes luxury. Stylish decor, high-end furnishings, and attention to detail made us feel like we were living in a design magazine. The bedrooms were cozy retreats with much-appreciated blackout blinds. What truly set this experience apart was the owner's exceptional hospitality. When one of our bags was lost, they went above and beyond to assist us. Their comprehensive guidebook was invaluable for discovering local gems. The Skydeck isn't just a vacation rental; it's a destination in itself. It offered us luxury, comfort, and views unparalleled in Vancouver. I booked the skydeck penthouse for a special occasion and I can say without a single doubt that it is worth every penny. What first caught my eye about the skydeck is how stunningly beautiful the condo looked in pictures and after staying at the property, I can honestly say that it's even more stunning in person. It is easily nicer than a 5 star hotel but offers so much more than what a hotel can provide. Beautiful living environment that is spotlessly clean, plenty of bathrooms, a full kitchen, unbelievable views from the balcony and deck, your own private hot tub and outdoor fireplace! The location is right in the heart of the city! And what can I say about the owner, Dave? He will be the most gracious, kindest host that you will ever meet. Booking was a piece of cake but it's his step by step instructions and personal videos that made the entire stay that much more enjoyable. He checked in on us throughout our stay just to make sure we were as comfortable as can be. He went out of his way to make sure we were treated as royalty and we truly appreciated all of his kind efforts to provide us with the best vacation possible and we sure did have the best vacation thanks to Dave. He is a true class act and I will give our experience with Dave and his beautiful home 10 stars out of 5.

This stay was an easy 10/10 from start to finish! The location couldn’t have been better—close to everything while still feeling peaceful and relaxing. The communication throughout our stay was exceptional. Every question was answered promptly, and the check-in/check-out instructions were clear, simple, and incredibly easy to follow.The property was spotless, which we really appreciated. It’s obvious the hosts and staff take great pride in maintaining the space, and it made us feel comfortable the moment we arrived.What truly stood out, though, was the kindness of the host. They were genuinely welcoming, thoughtful, and went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. That level of hospitality made the experience even more memorable.We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again and are already looking forward to checking out some of their other properties in the future.
