Aside from electrical issue that forced a move, several issues came up. I thought TV size in Main area was very small. Bathrooms were dated and toilets were old low style

Did not fix toilet or lamp that did not work. Someone came but said just wiggle the stool handle, internal mechanism needs replaced. Lamp in main bedroom does not work. Notified but was not replaced

Pros: View of ocean was wonderful and beach access was easy. Condo is in a great location and convenient to many restaurants. We have stayed in a different unit here before and were very satisfied. This experience was much different. Cons: tv in living room was extremely small, mold on shower curtain in master bath, shower would not drain so water was touching the mold on curtain while we were showering, roach in bathroom, tv would not connect to WiFi. Messaged mgmt company multiple times to come fix tv and replace shower curtain and fix shower drain, and it took two days for them to finally come (although we were told they’d come a day earlier). They did finally replace the shower curtain, but shower still didn’t drain. And as for WiFi working, they said they fixed it but they admitted they really just logged into the neighbors WiFi instead of fixing it because they knew their password. We left them working and went to beach, and when they left, they left the door unlocked behind them. Very poor property management overall.

The condo could use a little fixing up on some of the detail things. Like the shower curtain was moldy and the rugs didn't lay flat. But overall it was a decent condo.
