The space:
Your Home Away from Home: Step inside, and you'll feel right at home with artistic decor that beckons you to relax and unwind. As you enter, a charming stone-walled coat closet stands ready to welcome you and your ski gear or swimming tubes. Straight ahead, a well-appointed laundry room with a convenient soaking sink awaits, while to the left, an open floor plan invites you to explore each room with ease.

The kitchen, adorned with wood cabinetry, is an oasis stocked with everything you need for your culinary adventures. A picture window offers scenic views of the pond, making meal preparation an absolute pleasure. The deck also provides a Blackstone and propane grill for all your cooking preferences. For a more relaxed dining experience, the breakfast bar overlooking the dining area is perfect for sipping your favorite Finger Lakes wine as you savor the moment. Gather around a large wooden dining table with stylish blue leather chairs, setting the stage for memorable meals and family time.

The sitting room embodies a harmonious blend of Adirondack charm and Finger Lakes tranquility. The custom-built stone, gas fireplace proves to be the focal point of the room and is surrounded by plush blue furniture. Enjoy the ambiance of the fireplace and warm up on a chilly evening.

Whether you're enjoying mealtime at the custom resin Finger Lakes designed table, having coffee in the morning and planning your itinerary for the day, having a glass of wine at night while chatting with friends and family, or simply just enjoying the view- this space is one you won't forget! The hot tub with view of the pond and lawn is just off the screened in porch.

Entertainment Hub: Heading back inside, a few steps down from the sitting room leads you to a comfortable living room with a wrap-around sectional sofa and a TV. The first of four bedrooms, the Mountain Bedroom, can be found off this living space, offering a queen bed with an additional twin daybed and trundle.

Elegant Bedrooms: Ascending the stairs, you'll discover the remaining three beautifully appointed bedrooms, each designed with your comfort and luxury in mind. A small nook with stunning views of the grounds features a desk, perfect for guests who need to work while on vacation. You will find the Monarch Room, Barnwood Room and Master Suite upstairs, each room having a completely different design for complete high-end luxury. There is no other home quite like this one.

Outdoor Bliss: Step out onto the wrap-around patio and take in the breathtaking vistas of the lawn, private pond, and surrounding woodlands. The property ends with a creek wrapping around the pond and lawn and backed by a quiet, private mountain view. You will also see a custom starburst design on the side of the barn and a flower quilt near the front door as this home is listed on the Finger Lakes Quilt Trail and this design was painted by the founder of the trail.
