Palm Cay

We had an amazing stay at Palm Cay. In light of the recent USA warning of violence we felt perfectly safe in the gated secure community. The townhouse was as pictured. Clean, modern and up to date. The bedrooms were spacious and the bathrooms were very nice. One comment was there was not a dresser in the twin bedroom where my husband and I stayed. The closet was large but as I am short 5’3 and could not reach the shelf in the closet so I had to leave my suitcase on the floor. Would have preferred a dresser with drawers. Also the power went out one afternoon(not anyone’s fault) but there were no candles to help light when it was dark. The owner provider water bottles for the beach and beach towels. Would have been nice to have beach chairs for the beach but we understand it must be difficult to keep those as I’m sure they would break easily. The beach was magnificent and the small communal pool was nice. We did not know that the larger pool and beach club would not be available to us that was not mentioned in the contract or advertisement on the website. Would have been nice to use that larger pool and have access to the beach bar. Owner should mention that to potential renters. We definitely will come back in the future!
