Step it up even higher and find a third floor loft space furnished with two cozily nestled bunk bed sets, and private bath and shower, TV/VCR/DVD, movies and board games (third floor not recommended for small children).
The open first-floor plan conveniently connects the kitchen (stainless appliances, island for entertaining) with the dining and living room spaces to keep company and conversation flowing. A newly added courtyard with outdoor kitchen, beautiful water feature and dinning area welcomes guests to the pleasure of morning coffee, mid day lemonade or evening cocktails.

Outstanding location and stay

This house was nicely maintained and close to everything. The beds were very comfortable. We were able to walk to all the pools, beach and downtown. It's a great location.

Perfect Girls Weekend at Rosemary Beach

My best friend and I spent a long weekend in Rosemary Beach celebrating my daughter’s 16th birthday. She brought her 16 year old daughter too, and we had a fantastic experience at this house. It is a beautiful home and the location was absolutely perfect. I would definitely recommend others staying here.

Incredible Home Away from Home

This house was absolutely stunning! My family of 5 loved staying here. Our kids enjoyed the bunk beds and fun stairs leading up to them, while we enjoyed all the space the house provided. We would come back and stay here in a heartbeat!

Family of 6 plus a friend and everyone was very comfortable! Love the 2 master suites with king beds and their own private balconies. Had a couple issues that were resolved immediately management company is first class Overall great trip and fantastic place will definitely be booking again

Overall very nice place. Centrally located. Upstairs was great for 4 kids. Bike path to the beach next to house made for a quick 2 minute ride. Would stay here again
