We have onsite managers who live on the property and are available to assist you at any time to ensure a smooth, quiet, and enjoyable stay for everyone.
Please arrive with your ID matching the reservation. Only those guests listed on the reservation will be allowed through security. Guests will not be accommodated if the reservation is made for someone other than the person booking. All others will be immediately escorted off the front of the property. No groups of more than 3 adult guests allowed due to St. Louis City occupancy restrictions (depending on age of children).
Contact us when you arrive no matter what time so we can let you through the entry gate.
Again, we are here to assist you when you need it!
Enjoy your stay until 11AM. Late check-outs or extensions must be requested at least 1 hour in advance and are subject to availability and an additional fee.
Strictly no smoking, gatherings, parties, or pets allowed. There are smoke and noise monitoring devices in each unit.
24/7 surveillance cameras are actively monitored, including Ring cameras in hallways and entrances. Tampering with these devices will result in immediate removal from the property.
Please respect other residents. Any policy violations may result in immediate removal.

The place worked perfectly for what I needed. Traveling alone so it was plenty of room and would have fit another 2-3 people with the pull out couch. It is an older apartment complex so don’t expect new construction, but that also gives it its charm! I reached out to ask if there were more toiletries that what was there and housekeeping came by and provided them. Bed was a bit hard for my preference but many like that. Great to have AC!! Nice to have gated parking! Great proximity to the park/zoo/art museum!

Good location. Parking garage is underground. You have to back out of it. The mattress needs to be replaced. The sheets need to be replaced with cotton. The lamps in the bedroom didn’t work. We couldn’t adjust the radiators, and it was too warm. They repainted the tile in the bathroom, and it looked like a child had done it.
