The Space:

The Estate at Mount Dora features two main structures: the Main House and the Carriage House. YOU ARE IN THE MAIN HOUSE:



The Main House has a huge living room, dining room, and a central kitchen with a gas stove, double oven, microwave, full-sized refrigerator, toaster, coffee maker, blender, Instapot, and all the necessary cooking supplies. There are five private suites in the house, each equipped with a microwave, refrigerator, and coffeemaker with coffee supplies.



1. Bougainvillea - first floor, 1 King Bed, walk-in shower



2. Bamboo - first floor, 1 King Bed and 1 Twin Bed, walk-in shower



3. Victoria Rose - second floor, 1 King Bed and 1 Queen sofa bed, claw foot bathtub with shower, sharing an outdoor screened-in deck with Azalea



4. Azalea - second floor, 1 King Bed and 1 Queen sofa bed, walk-in shower, sharing an outdoor screened-in deck with Victoria Rose



5. Magnolia - second floor, 1 King Bed and 1 Queen Bed in an adjoining room, walk-in shower

Guest Access:

You'll have exclusive access to the Estate MAIN HOUSE. You may occasionally see friendly faces, as other guests may be staying in the Carriage House suites on the property. You're also welcome to enjoy the shared outdoor seating areas in the gazebo and carport.



The Neighborhood:

We are located on the very heart of downtown Mount Dora, only minutes from delicious boutique restaurants, fine dining, and charming local shops.



Getting Around:

There is a free city shuttle that runs every Friday through Sunday. You can schedule a pick up and drop off at The Estate.

"What kind of coffee maker do you have?"



We have a convenient combo coffeemaker that offers both a drip coffee option and a single-serve cup (K-cup). We also provide a selection of coffee pods, ground coffee, creamer, and sugar to choose from. If there's a particular brand of coffee you love, feel free to bring your favorite along!



"Do you offer early check-in/ late check-out?"



Early check-in/late check-out is based on availability. There is a fee of $15/hr before 4 pm for early check-in and after 11 am for late check-out. You are welcome to park for free if you want to explore downtown while waiting for your check-in time.



"How do we book the City Shuttle?"



You can download the Ride Freebee App on your cellphone to request for pick up and drop off within their service area. The Estate IS within the service area. The Downtown Mount Dora's Free shuttle service is only available on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays from 9 am to 10 pm.

The Estate at Mount Dora offers a charming boutique-style hotel experience with hassle-free self-check-in. Please be aware that there’s no front desk available on the property. On the day of your check-in, you’ll receive the door codes to the main house front door and the door codes to the different suites. We hope you enjoy your stay and may even have the opportunity to meet some fellow guests and our friendly staff along the way.
