My Husband and I both grew up in Fredericksburg. We met in 2004 and were married in 2006. He has been a police officer with Fredericksburg since 2002. I own and operate a funnel cake and lemonade stand at most of the festivals in town. If you are in town during a festival make sure to stop by and say hi!! We have 3 amazing children together. This home is very special to us. We used to live across the street. When we lived across the street there was a little lady that lived here and she would treat why children like her grandkids. When she was ready to sell she asked if we wanted to buy it. We have a child in college at A&M and want her to be able to come back to Fredericksburg when she graduates so we swooped in and bought it. We will have it as a Short term rental until she is ready to move back. The house across the street is also a Short Term Rental! If you need more space make sure you check it out as well! It is called Just Peachy. We are so excited to share our homes with you.

We love how close this neighborhood is to everything. When we lived across the street we would walk to Munch food park, Main Street, the grocery store, parks, restaurants, everywhere! We hope you enjoy this cute neighborhood as much as we do!
