The house was perfect for our stay, it’s in a great location. It feels secluded, but you are also right around the corner from the community center. Shilo was also always available if we had any questions.
We enjoyed the amenities, property, home space, the only thing we saw that we would have liked, was the furniture and mattresses to be more comfortable Everything else was exceptional.
Home was very spacious and comfortably slept my family of 5 while skiing Waterville Valley. Loved the layout. Home was well maintained and spotless. Comunicated with property manager once and she addressed my need very quickly. You will not regret staying at this home.
Very convenient to local ski area. Worked well for our group. Nicely decorated, clean, found everything we were looking for in the kitchen. Prompt communication from owner when the power in the whole area went out. (restored within 45 minutes). Best summary we can give: Definitely hope to stay there again!!
We enjoyed our stay! Very responsive host and place was very clean. The layout is a little funky but fine. Know before you go: there’s no toaster/toaster oven and only a keurig- no regular drip coffee maker.

Thank you for your feedback. I’m happy you enjoyed your stay. Those items are stored in the kitchen but I will use your feedback to place them in a better space so they are easier to find. Much appreciated.
We had a really nice time at the property. It was a very comfortable and relaxing environment. Loved the opportunity to enjoy nature surrounding the house, and location was great as it wasn’t far from other places we visited like Waterville Valley and Franconia. Would love to stay there again for longer vacation time with family again. It is a great choice for families and larger groups. Thanks

The house is old and not well maintained: many of the lights didn’t work, and we had to replace the batteries in the fireplace remote. The rooms on the lower level feel more like a basement — they would be fine for children, but not very comfortable for adults. Overall, we were disappointed.

Thank you for taking the time to review your stay with us. We are sorry to hear you were disappointed in your stay. We inspected the property after your stay and did not find lights to be an issue. It would have been lovely and important to us to have communication from you during that time so that we could have assisted and managed any issues you had. Unfortunately, you did not take that step so we did not get a chance to make your stay better. We do hope you had a great time in the area and made some wonderful memories.
A wondeful surprise! We knew it was rustic but i felt like we were living in a tree house. The house was wonderful for my sister's family and myself. My nephew i and i had the lower level for ourselves while his parents had the top floor. The Community Center has indoor lap pool, regular pool and hot tube. Outside, sitting and lounging areas around the large pool and smaller adult only pool. Perfect jumping off point for Mt. Washington Cog Railway and Weir Beach. Would recommend Cannon Mt. tramway and the rim hike to the observation tower. For food, so many places like Dandelion Eatery to the little R3d Schoolhouse.
Nice house , very clean. Enjoyed the feel of nature . Easy check in / out. Only feedback - could update some of the furniture in the living room and have more comfortable lighting in the rooms. Thank you for having AC it was a lifesaver after long days outside !

Thank you for your feedback. It is appreciated. I'm so happy you enjoyed your stay.
This is the second time we’ve stayed in Waterville Estates, but the first time in this house. There were six adults in our group (some stayed for different lengths of time) with two young children and a baby. The community and the house were great although I think the house was better suited for a family of two adults with children. The twin mattresses were comfortable for children but not great for adults.
We stayed here as a group of 7 with 3 kids (ages 5 and 9) to see the ice castles! The house was beautiful and clean, there were plenty of areas for the kids to play and plenty of toys and games to play with! We couldn't see it because of the snow, but we could hear the steam whenever we went outside!

Great location and neighborhood. Close to community center. Everything we needed was provided. Nice master bed and bathroom. Only downfall was children were 2 floors below us. Our kids are 11 and 9. We made it work but may be difficult with smaller children.
Checkin was easy. Expectations were clear. Never needed to contact the host. Bedroom window blinds and a blender would have been nice. Glad I packed an eye mask.

What a great location. I don’t know if I can accurately put in words how great our trip was. We had some hiccups, the guest pass was taken by the previous renter but the owner ironed it out with no problem. We also lost power due to a winter storm, wasn’t an issue. The community center attached to the property was more than accommodating until power was restored. I will most likely be staying here again in the future. One of the best weekends of my life!!

Thank you for your feedback. I'm so happy it all worked out with the guest pass, huge thanks to our friends at the community center for their support with the outage. I absolutely love that you had an amazing weekend and made great memories with your family. Warms my heart. To many more memories in your future.
Felling spaying all the time. Is no shade or curtains at all on a house with big windows all around
On the check out the cleaning person just walk inn very upset because we was 10 min late so disrespectful and mad, any way they charge late fee. No need to be rude !

Thank you for your feedback. The home is surrounded by woods and the windows bring in natural sunlight. There are shades on the windows facing the driveway for privacy. As far as the late fee, you signed a contract and the cleaners were allowed in after your checkout time. I chose to charge the late fee instead of charging for the broken light covers. By doing it this way I saved you some money.
We thoroughly enjoyed our get-away in the NH mountains! This location is convenient to so many things. Lovely mountain, great community center, and such a cozy, comfortable home to stay in! The master suite upstairs was very comfortable (window shades would improve both moonlight and morning sun disturbances). Bathrooms were clean and very well equipped with (healthier!) shampoo, conditioner and body soap. Soft, clean towels (bath towels are small, we prefer the size of the pool towels provided); kitchen is also well equipped with pantry items, service ware, cooking equipment. We have 3 teens, and the downstairs space was great for them. Parents of younger children may feel uneasy about littles being 2 floors below for sleeping, but for us, it was great. I would recommend the basement sofas moved upstairs. Much more comfortable, and it would remove the open stair-corner that kids want to go through to avoid going around the kitchen. Overall, a great space and hospitality! The tap water was so good - clear, cold, delicious. It tasted like it was direct from a mountain stream. This may sound weird, but we've been on vacations and the tap water is gross, which adds an unexpected expense and inconvenience to purchase water. Definitely recommend this property!
