One of the most spacious condos on the beach, includes large bedrooms, bathrooms, and a roomy kitchen/dining/living area. This unit is recently updated and equipped for your vacation needs. Located within walking distance to restaurants. Shared Amenities of the condo include fitness area, hot tub, steam room, sauna, ice machine, and indoor and outdoor pools, grill area, boardwalk to beach/ocean.

Kitchen is fully equipped and has granite countertops, tile floors, and a large snack bar.

Unit has 2 spacious tiled master bathrooms with walk-in showers and jetted tubs. Both bedrooms are equipped with ceiling fans and televisions.

Unit is professionally cleaned and all linens are laundered between every visit.

Maintenance is conveniently located onsite.

Parking passes are purchased at the 3rd floor lobby from Escapes! To the Shores. Passes are good for the entire stay. Price of passes is currently $50.
