BEAUTIFULLY RENOVATED Condo on the 14th Floor with Fabulous Gulf-Front Views!

DISCLAIMER: *The Phoenix VI Balcony Handrail Recoating Project will be taking place from 1/5/26 - 3/14/26. Swing stages will be present and there may be a small amount of noise due to pressure washing of balconies during the handrail recoating process.

Phoenix 6 Unit #1404...Create lasting memories in our beautifully decorated 2BR/2BA Beachfront Condo. It has everything you'll need for a pleasurable and enjoyable vacation. You'll love the beautiful views from both the living room and master bedroom! Both rooms have sliding glass door entrances to your gulf front balcony, equipped with a 2 high boy adirondack chairs and polywood patio table with chairs. You'll enjoy sipping your morning coffee or having a glass of wine at sunset on the balcony while taking in the beautiful views of the Gulf of Mexico.

Do you plan to watch the big game or your favorite movies while on vacation? If so, we have a 46" flat screen television in the living room for your viewing pleasure! If you plan to cook while you're visiting, the kitchen is stocked with everything you'll need. We even provide a standard coffee maker AND a Keurig! And, as an added feature, we have a wine fridge and wet bar for your use! If you don't plan to cook, there are numerous local restaurants serving delicious fresh seafood from the gulf!

A king size bed and a flat screen television await you in the master bedroom! There are two full size beds in the 2nd bedroom and a television for your enjoyment (linens are provided). A washer and dryer are also in the condo for your use.

A private, underground parking spot is also available for you to use during your stay! And, you can purchase another pass to park a second vehicle (2 cars MAX)

We had a week to enjoy the area and relax a bit. We are both 76 and the balcony overlooking the beach was a delight every day. Great food choices in the area and we enjoyed every meal. The condo was delightful, comfortable and spotless. We look forward to returning as often as we can. Wonderful week!

Great condo at Orange Beach- recently renovated. Building is beachfront and convenient to restaurants and activities in town. Condo was clean and has a great view.

First class experience from arrival to checkout! The staff, grounds, building, common areas, pools, fitness room, tennis courts, racquet ball court and the condo unit were perfectly maintained. The building has a private boardwalk over the dunes directly to the beach and is equipped with lights, shower and rinse hoses. The large outdoor pool, indoor pool and three jacuzzis were spotless. The pool deck was huge and has lots of chairs, loungers and several bbq grills. The condo balcony faces due south which provides unobstructed views of sunrises AND sunsets. We watched the dolphins play in the surf every morning while we sipped our coffee. The condo was beautifully furnished and kitchen was well equipped. TVs have tons of channels, the wifi is fast and handled our virtual zoom meetings. The owners checked in several times to make sure we had everything we needed. There are countless great restaurants nearby. Can't say enough good things about our experience.

Our stay was wonderful from start to finish! Check in was easy and smooth and the condo was immaculately clean when we arrived. The view from the balcony is gorgeous and the balcony itself was a great size. We didn’t end up going through the “starter pack” of supplies and we appreciated that they gave us the basics! The location is great, close to a variety of restaurants and Publix if you prefer to cook. The condos pool is huge so it never felt over crowded and there were always open chairs. We spent some time in the indoor pool while it rained and that was nice too. The gym is a bit sparse, but adequate for a condo gym. The condo itself was bright and airy, felt very homey and welcoming. We had a great time and will absolutely book again in the future.

Wonderful Beach Getaway!!

We were in town for the Sand in My Boots festival. The location of the condo was perfect! It was far enough away from the festival crowds and traffic, but had a shuttle stop right at the condo that made transportation a breeze. This newly remodeled unit is decorated beautifully with all the comforts of home. The designated underground parking spot was a definite bonus too. Communication from the rental agency for the check-in and check-out process was excellent! Loved that they even provided recommendations on restaurants and other activities in the area. We would definitely stay here again!
