Downstairs you will find the 4th bedroom furnished with a king bed and a desk and a detached full bathroom. Easily whip up a gourmet meal in the fully stocked kitchen! PLEASE NOTE: The garage is currently locked and not open for use during your stay. There is also a storage room that is coded and locked doorhandles that are not for guest use or able to be accessed. Parking is permitted in the front street and gated backyard with provided clicker.

- Don't forget to check under the beds or in any drawers for your party's personal items.
- Check out time is 11:00 AM. My cleaning crew will arrive promptly at 11:15 am
- You may have stayed at other homes that ask you to remove bed linens, start a load of laundry, or the dishwasher but you are absolutely not required to do any of that here! I simply ask that you leave things in an orderly manner. I want to make sure your stay is as relaxing as possible and this includes not worrying about doing any extra check out "chores" ;)
- Remember to log out of any Netflix, Hulu or other streaming services accounts.
- Please make sure all trash is placed in designated trash cans.
