About this property

Eco Friendly Condo on Florida's Gulf Coast. Come stay at our beautiful condo.

This first floor two bedroom two bathroom condo is equipped with bikes, a newly renovated pool, dedicated work space, smart TV, and a dedicated first floor parking space that is steps from your door.

Within walking or biking distance from Eckerd College, this spot is perfect for College Tours, Alumni weekend, Parents weekend, and graduation!

Our space is very centrally located, with the crystal waters of Pass-a-Grille Beach within biking distance and St. Pete's bustling downtown just a 10 minute drive away. It is also less than a 5 minute walk to Tiki Dock's Waterfront restaurant, a local favorite!

Transportation to and from PIE and TPA can be arranged upon request for a fee.

In an effort to reduce waste, everything in this condo has been repurposed and upcycled, an element that our family takes a lot of pride in.

We fell in love with the St. Pete area in 2013, when our daughter began her education journey at Eckerd College, and we are almost positive the same will happen for you! We are very knowledgeable about the area and are always happy to make any recommendations or suggestions of things to see and do.

We had a wonderful stay in the apt. Very close to Eckerd college - easy to go back and forth. Apt was spacious and we were comfortable having a meal and watching a movie. Loved that the parking is under a shade canopy. Definitely recommend this place.

Great place in St. Pete

We had a wonderful week at Mary's condo in St. Pete. Originally we planned on taking in some spring training baseball and just letting serendipty taking over for the other activities. We visted the very popular beaches at Pass-a-Grille and St Pete's Beach. We checked out a farmer's market and the pier in Gulfport We went dolphin hunting and had a tour of the intercoastal waterway and we also visted downtown St. Petersburg. The condo was a great place to start and finish the day. It had everything we needed to cook a breakfast or dinner. All in all we had a great and would hope to again soon.
