It’s so enjoyable, and convenient, closed to everywhere you go. 15 mins from George Bush airport, 15 minutes to the Woodlands area. Only 3 mins to Fishing lake, park, bbq, trail. 18 mins to Htown. 5 mins access to hwy 45 so it’s quick to go anywhere you go plus having your own little vacation home. The house come with kitchen, appliances , TV, private hot tub, swimming pool, pool table, foosball. Can’t miss!

You can fish, swim, travel, go to event or just simply stay and enjoy your time at this place privately and luxury life style at a very affordable prices
House rules:
No party, loud music, disturbing neighbor at any kind outside after 10:00 pm weekday, 11:00pm weekend. If violating this rules, you will lose your time staying here. Please respect your neighbor and the next guests coming. The hot water in the pool will be available for extra charge at a very affordable fee 95$. Please let us know so we can turn it on for you!

Extra cleaning apply if the house is left too dirty!
