Great host; communicated well and provided prompt responses. The house was very clean. We appreciated the off-street parking and the general charm of the vintage home with its retained doorknobs and mail slot. Would stay again
Absolutely no complaints! Communication and instructions were clear. Accommodations and amenities were everything that was needed for a great stay! Would love to go back to this cute town and explore more and would definitely stay here again!
Great property with a fantastic location. Perfectly located to for visiting Manheim, Lititz , Lancaster and surrounding areas. Justin and Krista were great hosts! You can’t go wrong with this Manheim gem!
We had a wonderful stay. The house was beautiful, spacious, and very comfortable for our family. It was in a great location, close to Hershey Park and Amish Country with an easy drive to both. The home was well-stocked with everything we needed, including sponges, dish soap, laundry detergent, clean towels, and fresh sheets.Justin was an excellent host and kindly mailed back our son’s forgotten iPad. We would happily stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting the area.
The house is very nice. We loved the kitchen. It was so nice to have the washer dryer to use. When we got to the house there were towels and sheets and stuff in the dryer. Which is fine, but we didn’t really know where to put them. There wasn’t a great spot to put extra towels and sheets and stuff. The upstairs hall bathroom could have benefited from some extra hooks and places to put extra clean towels. Having tissue or Kleenex around is always nice as well. The bed was really comfy and big. The instructions to get to the house were clear and helpful.
We loved staying at this location. It was central to Hershey and Lancaster. Great kitchen and living area, great parking right behind the home. We would definitely stay here again.
The house was very comfortable and had all the amenities that we needed. It was modernized but retained its old-world charm. We enjoyed ourselves!

We had an excellent experience in a perfect location. The house was well stocked with supplies, super clean and nicely decorated, and very spacious. We appreciated having designated parking spots. There is a nearby spot to eat and shop as well as a grocery. The house is close to the street but you would never know it. It was very quiet. I definitely would recommend this property.
The house is beautifully decorated with comfortable, attractive furnishings. The location near the street was a bit loud from traffic during the day but really diminished in the evening. The house was located a short drive from the event we attended at the Spooky Nook Sports Complex. We really enjoyed our stay.
Really enjoyed our stay in Manheim. It’s a cute little town in a beautiful area, and not far from downtown Lancaster. The house is great, spacious and well laid out with nice large rooms. It does front to a busy street but the street noise wasn’t that bad (and died down a lot at night). Great value imo
Visited from NC to attend a wedding. Such a pleasure when the stay has no flaws or complications. House felt like home. Homey and clean. Beds comfy. Loved the quaint little town of Manheim and Elizabethtown. We will be back.
Older home, nicely appointed. Narrow treads so you need to be careful using the stairs. Recommend adding anti-skid mats in showers. Add wash clothes and scrub pad in kitchen.
This is a beautiful, quaint, and tastefullly decorated home. We were very comfortable, and the fact that our pup was welcome made this stay possible-thank you! All soaps were provided. The kitchen was spacious. If you plan on doing alot of cooking, you might need to bring along some gadgets/spices and a non stick pan. You will be very happy in this home, we were!
Super well located within walking distance of a couple restaurants and shops in town. Plenty of space for a group of 6 adults to spread out, cook breakfast and dinner and play board games.
Fair warning, the house is old and creaks and some of the doors will pop open or be difficult to close, but overall it was a very comfortable stay. Highly recommend using the fans and white noise machines provided if the road noise from main st bothers you. The host also provides shampoo, conditioner, hangers, a few laundry pods, etc. which were all super appreciated.
Nicely renovated 150 yr old home. Beautifully decorated, clean, with comfortable beds. I didn’t realize this was a cut through town with lots of traffic right outside the front door. I knew it was on “main st.” but there is a main hwy vein that runs right in front of the home. If you don’t mind the traffic and can sleep with ear plugs and a sleep mask you’ll be golden. Our stay was comfortable but there was no sleeping in. Liked that the washer and dryer was inside of the home. Home was stocked with everything you’d need. Had target deliver to the address with no problems. Home was a 30 min drive to Hersey. Stairway has extremely narrow stair treads. I was afraid one of us would trip carrying the baby up and down- thankfully that didn’t happen. Appreciated the pack and play. Host was nice and responsive. Thank you for letting us visit your home.
This place was fantastic! Clean, quaint, comfy, updated, well-stocked, and nicely located. Off street parking was perfect. We're big coffee people and seeing a Keurig and Donut Shop Kcups as soon as we walked in the door was such a nice welcome. It is on the main street thru Manheim and there was some traffic noise but it didn't bother us too much. They also had sleep noise machines in two of the bedrooms that we could have used had we needed them - a thoughtful touch. As noted in the listing, the hardwood floors upstairs are original but redone. We wore slippers as they had suggested but honestly the floors weren't bad. We thought it was nice that they kept them. In fact, they kept a lot of the original stuff in the house - doors with porcelain handles and skeleton keys, transoms, the staircase and banisters, a doorbell you wind to ring it, pantry doors, closet doors, window trim, exposed brick walls and wood beams, and the firebox next to the fireplace. I'll admit we were a little disappointed that we couldn't sit on the 2nd floor porch but I'm sure the insurance company put the kibosh on that for safety reasons. It was beautifully restored. It is an old house with steep narrow stairs as expected (I live in a house built in 1892 so I'm used to this). But there are two banisters to hold on to.Overall an absolute gem. Highly recommend. Justin was great, too!
