Our group of 6 friends stayed for a ladies weekend and had a great time at this home. The combination of old charm and modern amenities was perfect. The bedrooms were all comfortable and the towels provided were fresh and plentiful. Little touches like a small gift card to the local bakery and a welcome basket with snacks made us feel right at home. The host reached out prior to our stay and was very responsive to questions. The location was an easy 15-20 minute drive to most of the things we did around the area. We will definitely stay again if we do another trip to Lancaster.
LOVE LOVE LOVE this house. So much character and charm and space! Our host, Leah, was incrediably kind, responsive and helpful. We would 100% stay here again!!
Beautiful old home well restored with tasteful furnishings. Couches and beds comfy with lots of room to spread out. Just sorry we were only there for one night, would stay again.
Very nice house and was nice and clean... The communication seemed to be a bit of a issue as we did not receive the checkin instructions in time and had a hard time getting anybody to respond with them... We would definitely stay here again.Wes MWooster OH
We had an incredible one-night stay at this beautiful home in Leola with a group of 10 adults and one child (ages 7 to 80). From the moment we arrived, everything was seamless—check-in was completely smooth, and we didn’t need to contact the host at all.The home is absolutely stunning—spacious, clean, and thoughtfully designed with faith- and nature-inspired décor that perfectly preserves its historic charm while still offering modern comfort. Every detail was considered, from the quality linens and towels to the thoughtful touches like makeup washcloths, snacks, and games. The layout was perfect for our group, with multiple levels, cozy gathering spaces, a game room, wraparound porch, and plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms. It was actually fun exploring the home and discovering all the rooms! We were in town to see the Sight & Sound “Joshua” production, and this home made our experience even more special. We truly felt blessed to stay here and made sure to honor the home as guests. We even left a note expressing our gratitude.Highly recommend—this home created such a meaningful and memorable experience for our family.
Very nice location and on a main road. Most of the rooms are spacious. The steps are very narrow on one of stairwells to second and even steeper/narrow to third floor (walk sideways helps). Clean antique home with modern appliance. Cute little cat outside. Home well equipped with amenities.
