The oversize deck area includes a shaded lanai with ceiling fans, and an outdoor dining table with seating for eight. (Indoors there is a 4 seater casual dining table, an 6 seater formal dining table, as well as breakfast bar seating).

The end lot site also benefits from added privacy (with fencing around two sides of the yard), and an oversize driveway (with parking space for four to six cars, PLUS a double garage).

In the evening, there is additional in-pool lighting.
