Turn the thermostat to 55 degrees. Do not turn off heaters, may result in frozen pipes. Cabins with a hot tub must have jets shut off, cover on and locked. Wash, dry, and put away all dishes.
Remove all trash and take to the appropriate trash site location. See confirmation for address. Trash removal is the City/County Law and not our rule.
Text us at 909-403-3217 upon departure and leave the name of the cabin. Report any damages or information we should be aware of about the property.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Wash all dishes.
Per City/County ordinance, garbage must be taken by the guest to one of the locations listed on your confirmation.

Will definitely be staying again. Cottage was very warm and cozy. Neighborhood was quiet and close to the village and lake. The zoo was just a short walk away. Check in and out was quick and easy. Perfect for a couples getaway.

Close to trails and comfortable

Plenty of room for a couple. Clean with plenty of hot water. Quiet neighborhood. Top movies in dvd/bray selection. Will stay here again.

Nice Cabin for the Night

Stayed here for a night. Had intended to leave town but stayed an extra night due to snow. Cool Cabins was so easy to work with. They have an office in town so you don’t have to deal with absentee “hosts.” They gave us an early check in which was essential. Cabin is nothing fancy but comfortable and has all the amenities you need if you’re looking for a place to stay while in town.

Good Cabin Bad Timing

The cabin was what we were looking for. A place to sleep and shower. We chose because of its location. It is usually a quiet neighborhood but what we didn’t realize until we got there that there was major roadwork on Moonridge Rd which redirected all traffic past the cabin day and night. Which unfortunately didn’t allow us to get much sleep. Maybe the local management company could check this out and warn future renters.

Bring your own towels. , the towels were very cheap and small. All in all nice place

Cute little cabin!

Our cabin was very cute. It was small, I wouldn’t have more than 2 people stay here. Great location, walking distance to good coffee/food. The directions for the thermostat were confusing as they say to leave it set to 55 degrees, but when we were freezing at night (our stay was in October) that seemed like a strange rule. There was also no contact from the company on how to check in. They should have provided us with an email that said we had to go to their rental company Property to get the information to get in. We had no clue what to do when we arrived late at night, and had to hunt down a phone number to contact after there was no response on the app messenger. One more stop after a long trip isn’t exactly ideal, I would rather they provide us with Everything in an email instead of going to their shop to get info. That’s what I’ve done with every other rental in the past, the ease of it is why we decide to rent. When you leave you have to take your trash to another location... again, another extra stop that doesn’t seem necessary for the price per night. I wouldn’t have booked if I knew these few things. But if you’re here for a quick weekend and know these few things ahead of time- it was a great little place to stay!

Cozy and quiet

It was a nice and quiet cabin.....small but cozy. The location was the best part of it. It’s tucked away a bit in the woods but still close enough to the Main Street big bear Blvd. great little place to stay for a couple of days

Good price, very clean, very comfortable

We loved this place. We’re two 23yr olds, and we weren’t looking for a luxury stay - just a clean and comfortable spot & this place delivered. Definitely recommend.

Basic cabin, mostly clean and cute; some spiderwebs, but that's to be expected. I'd recommend for a short stay.

Decent experience

Though the cottage was cute and the weekend was great, customer experience was extremely lacking. The lady at the office advised we would be in the rental by 4pm (and was short with my husband who asked if we could possibly get in sooner). Waited until 4:20 and had to call the office, then was on hold for another 5 mins to be told we could finally enter the property at 4:30. Also ordered firewood and didn’t receive it, they did reimburse me though so at least it was taken care of. All in all it was a nice property (no A/C that we could find), but I was disappointed with the customer service aspect.

Beautiful cozy cabin

Super cute cabin. Very clean and every amenity you would need. Close to slopes and lake and everything else you could want. Beautifully decorated with a comfortable Queen size bed and modernly furnished kitchen and bathroom. Highly recommended.
