The home boasts a combo living/dining area & large fully equipped kitchen. Spacious ensuite w/king bed & walk-in shower. Separate work area, 2 LED TVs w/Netflix, Free high-speed internet. Free washer and dryer. Parking included (long driveway for 2 cars). It is a short walk to downtown St Pete, restaurants, groceries & shops.
