This condo was very nice for 2 people to stay. It could use a nicer bed.....maybe king size with memory foam. The location was VERY nice because it's right across from the beach and very close to restaurants. The swimming pool was very clean and warm!

Super close to beach. Close to pool as well. Condo is basic but well suited for 2 people. Easy walkable to restaurant, ice cream and other shops! Would absolutely rent again!

Our family had a wonderful time enjoying Upham Beach and all it has to offer. This was our 2nd stay at Guld Winds Resort and we will certainly be back!

Welcomed with open arms

Everyone here was so nice. The condo was very clean. Downloading the app made the laundry facilities easy to use. A slight problem (broken coffee pot) was addressed and fixed within a couple of hours after checking in. The pool was amazing and had lots of tables to utilize. We did not use the grills that were available but did cook almost every day in the condo. Everything we needed was right there. The beach, dining options and nightlife were all within walking distance. We absolutely cannot wait to go back!!

Good location

Condo was clean and the location just across the street from the beach was great. There were a number of restaurants nearby. We had a problem with the bed being very "saggy" in the middle. We spoke with the condo manager who called the owner who in turn called a local person who came in an fixed the bed. It would have been helpful if the owners had left a list of nearby restaurants, grocery stores, etc that would have eliminated searching for them. Overall very pleased with the condo.
