This place was very new and pristine. The host was friendly and helpful, and even asked me to suggest little things future renters might want. I forgot to note that having nightlights are nice for finding your way to the bathroom in the middle of the night. They keep people from leaving lights and using more electricity than needed. LED ones are the best.

Communication was top notch! Well above the standard and much appreciated. We enjoyed the snacks and the newness. The two main beds are so comfortable. The futon was great as a couch horrible as a bed, the provided sheets didn't fit so we settled for the top sheet as the bottom sheet then my son almost tipped the entire thing over! He ended up sharing with me. Everything is decorated and labled beautifully. There are a few fun games you could play and hotel sized shampoo, conditioner, lotion, and body wash. There was extra toilet paper, if needed, a blow dryer, robes, and all the basic kitchen necessities. The pool at the hotel was convenient & my kids really enjoyed it. There is a gated dog run space between the suite & the hotel. A short walk or shorter drive to many food places, & bowling. We recommend Madd Axe Throwing a few miles south! The breeze way/first impression could be cleaned up a bit, but over all a tiddy place. Richfield in general was a great place to visit & everyone was so friendly.
