Right off Rte 28 with end-of-road privacy and panoramic mountain views, it sits on 30 acres of hardwoods, pines, and caves along ~400 acres of NYC DEP Watershed Rec Area. Fire pits, grills, and an outfitted kitchen await.

Two bedrooms (one queen; one twin-over-full bunk bed) and one full bath down a private driveway offer charm, seclusion, and wildlife sighting for couples, families, and small groups. We have 30 acres on a slope with a handful of caves and old-growth trees, so bring your hiking boots!

And there’s a wood-burning stove perfect for the fall and winter weather in case you just want to cozy up indoors.

Charming Cabin

The cabin is charming and has great views. It was better than expected. It looks very unassuming on the outside but the inside was very cozy, accommodating and clean. It was 10 minutes from skiing and enough room for a family of 6.

Arkville Cabin

Great little cabin. Clean and very well maintained. We loved using the stove and record player. Not that far removed from the road (at least noticeable in winter without leaves on the trees), so we didn’t use the outdoor fire pit. The hosts were extremely responsive to all communication and helpful during the check in process. Lovely area with plenty of activities/stores/restaurants not too far away.
