There are only a handful of rental homes located within the town of Ohiopyle. We love this house because you don't have to drive back and forth to out of town lodging. Your group can be together but doing the separate activities that they enjoy. Everyone can meet up by foot for a hike, picnic, or swim in the river. Grandma and Grandpa will love being in the mix without having to drive back and forth for each activity. Our Grandparents sure do!
The House has two upstairs bedrooms. One has a Queen bed and a fold away twin bed. The second bedroom has a Queen on the bottom bunk bed.

Heart of Ohiopyle Vacation House is located IN Ohiopyle. Easy access to the Great Allegheny Passage Bike Trail, Youghiogheny River, Ohiopyle Waterfall, Falls Market Resturant, and miles of hiking/biking trails. It is located less than five miles from Frank Lloyd Wright's Fallingwater and Kentuck Knob. Nemacolin Woodlands Resort and Casino is just up the road.This home has the ideal location for anyone wanting to experience all that Ohiopyle has to offer. The property is surrounded on two sides by state park forest. Enjoy a campfire and roast some marshmallows in our outdoor fire pit.

Erin’s home made for the perfect spring getaway. The location is ideal for walking to many trails, into the town eateries and shops, and having a backyard bonfire. Rooms were large enough for our family of 4 and two dogs. The kitchen is well equipped and bathrooms are spacious. The side porch was our favorite to have a quiet morning coffee. We can’t wait to go back and try rafting this summer! Highly recommend this property!

Had a great time staying here and only wish we could have stayed longer. Beautiful private, quiet location, huge yard, fire pit, 2 porches. Plenty of room inside for 6 adults and lots of kitchenware! Our trip to Ohiopyle was a very fun vacation! Lots of things to do! E-bikes, middle white water rafting, cucumber falls and others. Our house was convenient to the downtown area but we drove to everything. The trip was !!

Loved everything about this house. Erin is a great host and replied quickly to any question I had. She gave us an early check in which was very nice. Awesome location as it is the last house on a dead end street. Everything was as described and let me say...... That queen bed is soooo comfortable!! The neighbors are super friendly also, had an older gentleman walk up one evening and give us 2 zucchini out of his garden.

Great home base for a ride on the GAP

A group of women rented this house for a weekend to bike on the GAP trail and hike in Ohiopyle. It was tucked away at the end of town with lots of greenery— a great escape!

A perfect hidden retreat away from the rush of Krakow’s center. The apartment is cozy, beautifully decorated, and surrounded by stunning green forest views right outside the window. We are traveling Worldschoolers. We have traveled the world but there is something special about this little town. The mountains and river here are always pull us back no matter how far away we roam. I met my husband here when we were both river guides in our early 20's. We love this home!!!

Why they chose this property

Only about 10 rental homes within the Ohiopyle Borough limits. This one has the most privacy and an awesome outdoor fire pit. Charming, quite, and comfortable.
