The house was very clean and very nice, close to the places where we had our appointments. We will definitely rent it again in the future, except that the master bedroom and the floors are very cold at this time of year, but that could be fixed with extra heaters. Other than that, everything was great.

Decent stay near the hospital. Everything was in functioning condition. The amenities that were offered were extremely basic, with no extras at all which is great for my group. The only complaint was that there was only two trash bags, and the host didn't respond for a couple days when we asked for more. Other than that everything was nice. We liked having two living rooms.

Great place!

My mom had to have surgery at Anschutz and this was the perfect property to stay at. It was very clean and much bigger on the inside than it seems on the outside. Ru was the best host.

Spring break in Denver

Very nice remodeled home! It has a big extra space to accommodate a large family gathering. The kitchen was spacious as well as the bedrooms. Bathrooms were great!! I recommend this property if staying in the Aurora area. Thank you for sharing your home with us.

Worth Every Penny!

We stayed five nights at this wonderful home, and it surpassed our expectations. Everything was perfect: it was spotless, warm and inviting, spacious, modern, well-supplied (including a generous basket full of snacks), and quiet. You won't regret renting this place, it's worthy every penny.

Lovely warm house, very well stocked kitchen.

We loved staying at this property! I stay in vacation rentals often and have never come across a better stocked kitchen. Plenty of dishes, knives, cutting boards, Tupperware, cooking dishes, all matching and decent quality. Beds and bathrooms were nice and plenty of extra blankets. A premium stay at not too high of a price point, would visit again.

Graduation at Anschultz

This house was a great base for us during graduation weekend in Denver. Coming from out of town, the accommodations, location, and host made our stay wonderful. We were able to walk to the campus and a local park, which our kids enjoyed. The host was very responsive and accommodating with our schedule, which I sincerely appreciated.

Clean, newly renovated and very close to Children’s Hospital

This is a great property to rent. Our granddaughter had heart surgery at Children’s Hospital. It’s very close to the hospital. It’s a great place to stay while your loved one is in the hospital. It is newly renovated and clean. It was a well appointed kitchen with what you need to prepare meals. The neighborhood is quiet. The neighbors were friendly. Ru was a gracious host. She responded to inquires promptly. We had a 5 star experience staying at this property which helped us through a very stressful time.

Comfortable and roomy home

This home was a great selection for us--we needed minimal steps due to our older mother traveling with us. There were five of us (all adults). While the house looked small on the outside it was roomy on the inside. The kitchen was very comfortable and easy for all of us to navigate. We enjoyed having two areas where we could 'gather' and the back family room was particularly large and comfy. We walked the streets of the neighborhood for daily exercise and there were no concerns for our safety. Communication with the host was efficient and timely. Would stay again.
