Our home is located in a quiet, safe neighborhood that offers a peaceful suburban feel while remaining conveniently close to the city. You will be within walking distance of Carson Park, a short 2–5 minute drive from the Cherry Creek Reservoir, and only 10 miles from Downtown Denver. Additionally, several shopping centers, Starbucks, and a variety of local restaurants are located nearby.

The property is designed for comfort and functionality:

- Living room and Dining: The spacious living room features high ceilings, a fireplace, a large TV, and two sleeper sofas. The open kitchen and large dining area are fully equipped with a fridge, microwave, coffee maker, and other essential appliances, with a balcony conveniently located off the kitchen.
- Bedrooms: The master suite includes a queen-size bed, a private balcony, and an attached large bathroom with a walk-in closet. The second bedroom offers a cozy Zinus mattress and a dedicated workspace with a desk and chair.

Wonderful Townhome near Cherry Creek State Park

My wife and I stayed at this property over Christmas to visit family, and we had a wonderful time. We stayed with our dog and this townhome was perfect for us over the holidays. The complex was nice and quiet, and the property itself was conveniently located and peaceful. The townhome was clean, comfortable and very cozy! The beds were nice and the kitchen was well equipped for our stay. Sofia was a pleasure to deal with for the reservation, check in, and check out process! Lastly, we very much appreciated a reasonable check out without a bunch of garbage fees or absurd requests! Definitely would very much recommend a stay here if you're in the area!

Great Host

Sofia was so helpful, we got in from our flight and we got to the townhouse late. We had some issues trying to find the place, Sofia called and helped us find the door. The place was clean and had plenty of room for our family. The front bedroom and living room does get warm in the afternoons because the sun shines right into those rooms. If it wasn’t summer it probably wouldn’t be an issue. Sofia was very responsive and helpful. The location was great and had some walking trails and a playground close by. Would definitely recommend her property.
