Completed in 2017, the single-level interior comes thoughtfully appointed for comfortable modern living. The fully enclosed backyard offers a private slice of sun-soaked paradise complete with a furnished patio & newly added putting-green with artificial turf! North Peninsula State Park is just over three miles north of the home and popular Daytona Beach is a 16-mile drive south.

The home has everything you need for a carefree vacation with home essentials including a well-appointed full kitchen, central air-conditioning, free WiFi, and a private washer/dryer. The primary bedroom includes its own smart TV and a private en suite bathroom. Please note, the available bunk bed is outfitted with child size mattress and meant for use by children.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
