NEWLY UPDATED!
My Husband and I purchased this unit in January 2012.Since then we have done some upgrading. We reside in Quincy Illinois, but love Daytona and what it has to offer! Ocean Walk has everything you need within walking distance. We are Nascar fans so thats an added bonus as the track is a short distance.

The Ocean Walk resort is located in Daytona on a no-drive beach.

The condo is described as a 3 Bedroom.

The resort has 4 pools, lazy river, 3 large outdoor hot tubs. The gym is free to use. Food court and 2 bars are there. There are computer labs with DSL and pool tables.

Children activities are available on a daily basis. 2 putt putt courses and an arcade. ATM and gift shop located in the resort.

Great location

My family stayed for 4 days and we had an amazing time. The view from the condo is amazing and condo itself was good. I will say that who ever is cleaning the condo is not doing a good job. The host of the condo is very nice I had an issue and she got back to me very quickly and things were fixed quickly. Everything you need is in walking distance no need to move your car at all. There were plenty of things to do in the resort and the staff were very friendly.

The ammenities at the condo were great; the condo itself was very spacious but needs updating. AC in the 2 bedroom area did not work very well and the master sink barely drained water. Just needs some updating but the condo space was perfect.

Right near everything you need, beach is feet away, fantastic ocean view and the mini water park is fantastic for rinsing the sand off before you go to your room. Very clean property, would absolutely stay again.

Family Christmas Trip

We stayed for 4 nights. The location was perfect. Very clean condo. It could use some maintenance in the bathrooms, however. The weather was uncooperative , not the condo's fault. We would definitely stay there again.

No handicap ramp to the beach. The only one was a public one that was damaged in the last storm and not repaired. So we had to spend 31.00 a day to drive to the beach. And the Elevators are super sliw for a property this size. You will wait sometimes 15-20 minutes and that's not exaggerating. The condo we used was nice.

Family Beach Stay

Our family had a great time at this resort. Lots of amenities that were great. The grandkids loved the pools, lazy river and splash pad playground area. The condo was very comfortable and had everything we needed. We will definitely be back in the future.

This was such a great place! Close to everything no driving really needed! Minutes to the beach! The only thing I would complain about is none of the remotes worked to the tv and the heat in the 2bed and bath area would not kick off no matter how low we turned it. We would definitely stay again
