Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please strip any used beds and place the used sheets and used towels in the laundry room floor
Please take out the trash and place it in the trash can outside by the garage. .
Start dishwasher, leave utility door open to laundry room and kitchen door open to laundry room, lock windows, lock doors. Turn temp to 58 on all thermostats ( 2 up 2 down) during winter months.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

The lake was so peaceful and yet accessible to Lewiston/Auburn. We were there for Bates graduation and it made the weekend more special. Thank you.

Big space on a quiet pond

Photos don't do this listing justice! It's bigger on the inside, and the sub-floor heating was the BEST surprise! Fully stocked kitchen, very clear welcome booklet and chec in/out instruction. Great and friendly communication with the hosts and prompt response to questions. Would recommend for any group. PLENTY of room for any and all people!

Comfy family time

We loved Elena’s house. What first drew us to it was the Pond view and the great bathroom to bedroom ratio. 3.5/4. We really enjoyed everything about the house! The grill outside was great, the kitchen was well stocked, we loved the extra kitchen storage space for the things we had brought. We played cards at night at the big table, and especially loved the soft sheets and comfortable beds! My teenage son kayaked every day. And we came at a time where the leaves were changing. The view was beautiful. My friend and I walked 2 miles every morning down the length of the pond. We would definitely stay again if we were in the area.
