Year-Round Lakeside Retreat

Four seasons of relaxation and fun! A spacious place to relax and unwind surrounded by Maines beauty. A lakeside retreat that sleeps 8 comfortably. 3 bedrooms, Room 1 Queen Bed, Room 2 Queen Bed, Room 3 Bunk room 2 twin/twin & 1 twin/full. Full sized laundry for use. Kitchen is stocked with all the essentials to prep a delicious meal including an outdoor propane grill. Unwind on the patio, swim, kayak, fish during the warmer months. Peep the changing leaves in the fall, or snowmobile, snowshoe, ice skate or ice fish in the colder months. This home is close to snowmobile, and ATV trails, as well as local skiing. A packed bag is all you will need!

Nearby amenities local brewery and Vinyards, outlet shopping, loads of hiking and biking trails, disk golf, 18-hole golf, and a diverse selection of shopping & dining options.

Bed linens & bath towels provided for use, as well as a starter supply of toilet paper, paper towels, and garbage bags. Weekly trash pickup at street.
All Bedrooms are located on the second floor.
Parking area at street level between the railings, flight of stairs to front door. Parking available for up to 5 cars, size dependent. Seasonal dock available, rock steps down to the water on an incline.
Updated 4 season porch and brand new 1/2 bath just added in 2023.

Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Wash and dry towels. Ok to leave towels going in the dryer upon departure.
All trash needs to be bagged and put out in the barrels
Leave used beds unmade. wash, dry and put away dishes. leave home in the condition you found it.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Please use home for quiet enjoyment. Be respectful of the neighbors and the peaceful environment.
Separate glass, cans, and cardboard. All household trash can be placed in the dark garbage bin in the parking area recycling in the other.
Upon departure, please lock all doors, close windows, turn off all lights. Return keys to lockbox and scramble lockbox code.
