Peaceful Home nestled in the beautiful town of woodbury. The home is located 1 mile from the popular woodbury commons shopping outlets. Around the area you'll find local eateries, grocery and essentials you may need. The home is an ideal place to stay if you need a place to rest while enjoying the beautiful Hudson Valley.

This location is perfect for whether you'd like to take a day trip to NYC (1 hour drive), or stay local and enjoy the area. 1 mile from Woodbury commons,  14 miles (20 min) to west point military academy, 13 miles (20 min) to legoland. Kyacking/boating, wineries, lakes, state parks and the annual Renaissance fair are all easily accessible from this location.

You have access to the first 3 floors minus the Garage. No garage access and no lower basement access (downstairs from the downstairs bathroom). Guests staying 4+ nights may have laundry access.

there are 3 bedrooms, 2 queen beds, 2 twins and on the garage level there is a futon if needed.

The kitchen is equipped with all essentials needed to get you started.

The home features a covered back patio and a far back sitting area with day bed, rocking chairs and fire pit. 3ft long bamboo roasting sticks are supplied for fire pit use only. Please note, you are welcome to the outdoor amenities during the NY winter months however, these amenities are only regularly maintained May-Oct due to weather. If you have inquiries or special requests please let me know and I will try my best to accommodate.

The property was built in the 1950's therefore wood flooring on lowest level may be slightly uneven. This property requires climbing of stairs due to structure of home.

Please note there are only window treatments (curtains) in the 3 bedrooms. If you have questions, please feel free to reach out.

- host keeps a few personal belongings in small area of 1 of the 3 bedrooms. this should not affect storage space. Please contact me with any concerns or questions

The home has a space heater in each room to maximize comfort in the winter season, as well as a wood burning fireplace in the living to make winter evenings even more cozy!

2. Put all of your trash/Garbage in the garage bin and/or extra trash bag provided. ($50 extra charge for excessive untagged trash left in/around home)
