Frustrated

Always stay at seawinds love the property had a huge problem communicating with the owner when the listing clearly said contact them with problems did that and no acknowledgment or communication with the owner.

I'm sorry to hear you felt frustrated. I hope you understand I went above and beyond to communicate with you. I have records of over 20 attempts to communicate through email, text and phone calls, even before you arrive to make sure you understood the check in process and received the instructions. I understand communication is key, and I take full responsibility for ensuring my guests have a smooth stay. However I wish you would of called when you needed to reach me and answer all my text and emails. I hope you can understand my perspective My regards Jeanette
