Our newly renovated, two- bedroom cottage is situated on private shoreline. Come enjoy the ocean air, peace, and relaxation this cozy cottage has to offer ! Listen to the soothing sounds of the ocean, while watching the eagles, osprey, geese, wild turkeys and even an occasional deer ! This special spot has so much to offer, it's truly a gem ! A perfect getaway for couples or a small family~

Relax on the deck at the ocean's edge while taking in the sounds of the waves, and watch the wildlife. Enjoying nature at its' best ! Nesting eagles in a nearby tree on the property are a delightful sight to see ~ Each changing of the ocean's tides will offer new sights to see! Savor the picturesque views of the morning sunrises from the deck, or inside the cottage looking out the ocean front windows. Whether you are relaxing with a good book in the sun , or sitting on the rocks at the shore, you will leave you feeling rejuvenated and inspired ! The perfect place to enjoy your morning coffee or your evening cocktail !

The Salty Breeze Cottage offers cable television, internet, and also a heat pump with a split in each bedroom, for efficient heating and cooling. New kitchen appliances, fully stocked kitchen, and new cabinetry/countertops will add to your pleasant stay. There is no washer and dryer in the cottage at this time.

This cottage is conveniently located just 5 minutes from Thomas Point Beach & Cook's Corner, in Brunswick, which offers shopping and restaurants, laundry mat, grocery stores, a great store for fishing supplies, etc. 10 minutes away from Maine Street where you'll find Bowdoin College, Maine State Music Theatre, museums, and much more! A perfect central location for many beautiful sights, and activities. Very close to Harpswell, Orr's and Bailey Island, Freeport, Portland, Bath, Boothbay. Many choices for a day or afternoon trip! The cottage is about 40 minutes from the Portland Jetport.

Loved the cottage. The views are breathtaking and the wildlife activity was a constant enjoyment. Well appointed with everything we needed. Great waterfront location close to Bowdoin.

Harpswell visit

The cottage was as advertised. Great location, convenient to trails, local restaurants, etc. We enjoyed the solitude of sitting on shoreline enjoying the view.

Super Sweet spot

We absolutely loved this peaceful spot by the water! It’s a quiet location with great water access, and the property is very well managed and maintained. We’d love to return!

Clean, cozy cottage. Well decorated and nothing beats the view or the privacy even tho you are only minutes to town. Beds are firm as are the pillows and there is no closet to hang clothes in - there wall hooks so bring hangers if you need to hand a dress etc. Overall a nice little cottage.

Perfect ocean side cottage for the three of us in our party. Space is clean, orderly, well appointed, comfortable, quiet (except for one neighbor on one night). Enjoyed all the sea birds and bald eagles. We rode bikes, kayaked, and really enjoyed local beaches and eateries.

A beautiful, quiet and peaceful spot. We loved watching the wildlife including osprey, eagles and herons. The property was modern, clean, well-maintained and tastefully appointed. Everything worked and nothing was quirky. This was our nicest New England vacation in many years!

Great location

The location of this property was perfect for my husband and I. It made local day trips to nearby towns very doable. The only thing we wish we had known prior to arriving was that we needed to bring bottled water.

The location of Salty Breeze Cottage was amazing. The views from the cottage and of course the chance to just sit and enjoy the peace of quiet. The rooms were so comfortable and everything we needed was there. We so appreciated the obvious thought put into the decorating of the cottage and how it allowed us to just relax. It is hard to explain how much this trip meant to both of us. We had a place to relax, but could easily go out for day trips in the surrounding area. This little cottage on a cove was so appreciated and will be on the list for another visit in the future.

Fantastic!

The cottage was amazing! Tranquil and quiet. We enjoyed the scull boats that passed each morning while enjoying the amazing sunrises. Close to so many places to enjoy lobster and the scenery of the Ocean. Do yourself a favor and take the short trip to Bailey Island and eat at Cooks Lobster and Ale House! Words cannot describe the food and the location at sunset. Check in was a breeze. Super clean! We would return without any hesitation!
