Sunset State of Mind 3 bedroom House Near Cape May

Relax with the whole family every night with a short walk to the Delaware Bay on Miami Beach which has the best sunsets on the east coast. Only a 10 minute drive to the FREE Wildwood beaches or a 10 minute drive to the famous Cape May beaches.

The space
This is the downstairs unit of a Duplex featuring three bedrooms. The master bedroom boasts a queen size bed while two twins occupy the 2nd and 3rd bedrooms. There is a single day bed in the foyer. The “Bonus Room” adds extra dining seating and a futon; while this room is not part of the central air, there is a ceiling fan and 12 windows to enjoy the breeze.

Our space has a front porch and a back deck that are just for this unit. The yard is shared with the upstairs unit, however there are many different family areas.

Living room is spacious and relaxing with a 50” flat screen Smart TV.

Lovely and Roomy, easy drive to the beach, responsive host

During our stay, our host was prompt and helpful with communication for time sensitive questions. The house offered many amenities, including bulky items we didn't have to pack like beach chairs & beach towels. To everyone's delight, there are three separate indoor shared spaces, so the kids could hang separately from the adults.(Sidenote: This is typical with many rentals - We could hear every step of the upstairs guests, but we were mostly out of the house at the beach.)

Satisfactory except for the beds. The beds were very uncomfortable! Lack of sleep made the trip challenging. Owner needs to replace the beds. Floors were also very uneven in areas and bath tub needs to be re-caulked. The house is also split into two occupancies. You could hear people walking around in the middle of the night up stairs. Not real clear on the site. Reasonable price and clean. Cute decorating

Cute beach house with lots of room

We loved staying here. It was clean and organized, and we loved the cute beach style decor. The appliances were modern and well kept. We used the washer and dryer every day to wash clothes and towels from the beach. A/C was nice and cold. The beds were soft and comfortable with extra blankets that were really soft. There were six of us altogether, kids and adults, and we were surprised how much room there was! Even though it was only the downstairs of the house, we never felt crowded or cramped. The only downside was that we could so easily hear the people above us. Thankfully they were considerate people who kept the noise level down and went to bed at an appropriate time, but we could hear them just walking around. But we turned on fans at night and everyone slept fine.
