Come stay at our brand new Townhome conveniently located just minutes from the freeway entrance, multiple wedding venues, mountains, Sundance Ski Resort, outdoor activities, BYU, UVU and major hospitals. Whether you're here for business, or on a family trip, our home has all the amenities for a wonderful stay.

Our Home has 3 comfortable size bedrooms each with a Queen size bed, smart TV, nights stands with USB plugs, couch and/or chair to relax, dresser and closet , full body mirror, extra blankets and pillows in each room, windows with beautiful of the mountain and/or pastures with horses, work space with desk and chairs to relax , our kitchen is fully stocked with all the dishes and cooking utensils you may need to make your feel at home, living room with smart TV, very comfortable couch and plenty space for 6 people to relax, we have all the amenities to make your stay very pleasant.
Safety: For the safety of our guests and the home, there are cameras outside of all entrances to the house.

Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Check out before 10 am to avoid a late fee after 10 am. Please Take all garbage from all bathrooms , bedrooms, kitchen.
Leave kitchen clean as found. Pls load dirty dishes in the dishwasher and leave it running. No food in the fridge or freezer pls. Oven must be clean if used , thank you.
