Relax in the spacious living room furnished for comfort and entertainment. Enjoy meals in the adjacent dining area with panoramic beach views. Three comfortable bedrooms, including a primary suite with a private balcony and ensuite bath, offer ideal spaces for relaxation.

Outside, enjoy savor salty breezes and panoramic beach views from your private balcony, or unwind at the community pool and grill area. With direct ocean access, indulge in beach activities like sandcastle-building and water sports such as surfing.

Whether enjoying leisurely walks along the shore or hosting barbecue gatherings, Beachwalk 205 promises unforgettable beachfront living against a backdrop of stunning sunsets.

WHAT IS PROVIDED:
Spectrum Rental Properties will provide sheets and bath towels. Beach towels and equipment is not provided. If you would like information on beach equipment rentals, we are more than happy to provide you with a list. Properties will be provided with a starter kit in each full bathroom and kitchen. Each kitchen starter kit will contain a small bottle of dish soap, two dishwasher pods, sponge, and two fragrance free laundry pods. The kitchen will also have one extra trash bag
Each bathroom starter kit will contain a travel size shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, makeup wipe, and body bar.
Spectrum Rental Properties is unfortunately not able to provide additional boxes/bags. This is a starter kit; anything additional will be guests responsibility to provide.

-Pool opens approx. May 1st to Sep. 30th
-No smoking
-No pets allowed
-The unit is provided with 2 parking passes
