Welcome to the newly remodeled Modern Rustic! This 5 bedroom, 2 bathroom home features an open layout, 3 king beds, a queen bed, a set of bunk beds, and 5-star linens for your ultimate comfort. Located about 5 minutes from Tech and the Med District, this home is perfect for any trip to LBK. You'll love the fully equipped kitchen, fast Wi-Fi, smart TVs in each room, & back porch. Book with confidence as the property is professionally cleaned and experience the best of Lubbock during your stay!

This home was recently remodeled and professionally decorated by SR Design solely for the purpose of creating an amazing vacation rental for guest who travel to Lubbock.

The 5th sleeping area is located in the basement and includes a set of twin bunk beds, along with a large tv, and PAC-Man arcade game.

You will have access to the entire property, including the 2 car garage.

This property offers contactless checkin and checkout using smart locks and a Ring Doorbell. I am local and available to assist as needed, but will not be present at the property.

We definitely enjoyed our stay. The home was lovely and there was plenty of room for everyone. We did have a couple small issues and thanks to the owner/property manager it was fixed the same day. He was really responsive and made it a wonderful experience.

Great house, great location we had a great stay! If you are planning to go to Lubbock, stay here and go to the National Ranching Heritage Center! Kids of all ages will love it! I highly recommend both! Trish

The house was easy to find and in a nice well lit neighborhood convenient to several major roadways. Check in was very easy and flawless. The house was perfect for 6 grown men on a hunting trip. We all had our own beds and plenty of room to sit around and visit. The rooms were spacious and the beds were all memory foam. On our first night we had an issue with the master shower not draining but I called the contact for the property and he sent a plumber over right away to solve the problem. Great communication. The kitchen had everything we needed although we mostly ate out. I have a daughter graduating next fall and are hoping to book this house when we come in for graduation. Nice house. Great location. Plenty of room. Conveniently located.

Plenty of room

2nd time we stayed in a "Stay Trig" property in Lubbock - always super clean and love the fact all 5 rooms have their own TV. Wish this property had a 3rd bathroom but we made do. Very small critique but there was no light in master shower which I found odd - super dark. Otherwise, place was great - nice furniture, well kept, new appliances & costs less than 5 hotel rooms!

EXCELLENT!!!

Property was very clean and spacious! We cooked breakfast every morning. We were in town for my son's wedding so, we had lots of luggage and decorations. It was so nice to park our small trailer in the garage and there was plenty of space for all of our projects before the wedding. Everyone enjoyed taking walks around the neighborhood where it was peaceful and quiet. We had a lovely stay and very happy with the accommodations!
