You will have the entire home to yourself! Our 1947 home has many modern touches, fully stocked kitchens, fast WIFI, several board games/toys, and extra supplies.

There are 4 bedrooms (2 on the main floor and two upstairs), 2 fully equipped kitchens, 2 living areas, and 2 bathrooms!

The space
This very comfortable home is in a quiet residential neighborhood.
The home has both an upstairs and a downstairs apartment. Each apartment has a full kitchen, a living area, a bathroom and two bedrooms. It is ideal for families or good friends that would like to stay together but still have their own space. It is also just a comfortable home - fun for teens to have their own 'hangout' upstairs or for a large family to have space to spread out.
Each kitchen is fully equipped should you decide to cook or eat in. There is a nice backyard and patio with a BBQ grill and a small fire pit to enjoy an evening away from the fray.
Clothes washer/dryer is available if needed in the basement/garage level.
Guest access
Guests will have access to the full house which includes both an upstairs and a downstairs apartment.
Other things to note
Elmwood Park is just a 5 minute drive and has a wonderful area for walking, picnics, a fantastic playground and nearby golf course.
There are two large grocery stores - a HyVee and a Bakers within 5 minutes of the house as well.
Please note that our home has multiple stairs inside and out, so those with mobility concerns may have accessability issues.
