Bis das es nicht ganz sauber war und überall noch was rumlag oder auch fleckig war und das es im oberen Geschoss sehr kalt war, da man nicht heizen konnte (es gab keine Heizkörper, nur im Untergeschoss gab es eine Fußbodenheizung) obere Handtuchtrockner (Designheizkörper) hängt nur zur Dekoration wahrscheinlich, da man dies auch nicht betätigen kann - war die Lage eines der besten an dem Objekt, man ist sehr nah an verschiedenen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, eine Haltestelle befindet sich direkt vor der Haustüre und der Bahnhof mit Bus-& Zugverkehr ist in unmittelbarer Nähe aufzufinden. Das große Einkaufszentrum ,,Westend“ befindet sich auch dort. Ansonsten fehlten auch einige Produkte in dem Apartment, wo man eigentlich erwartet hätte für diesen Preis und als Dienstleistung des Vermieters, z.B Handtücher für die Hände, wir waren 5 Personen und hatten nur 4 mittelgroße Handtücher, genauso in der Küche war nur ein Geschirrtuch vorhanden. Es gab keine Seife in den Bädern und auch keine Bettwäsche für die 5 Person - die Bette sind ca. 140/160x200 sodass man mit einem Kleinkind nicht zusammen schlafen kann. Da es einfach zu klein ist - es gab ein Schlafsofa unten, aber leider keine extra Bettwäsche.
