Family Memories/Private South Facing Pool/Lake View/AC/BBQ Grill/Wifi/Game Room.

When you arrive at Orchid Place you will find our home comfortably sits on a man-made lake in the Lakeside area of Kissimmee, Florida. You’ll enjoy eating breakfast in the enclosed screened pool area under the lanai each morning while watching the birds outside. This area has been designed for your privacy. Our pool is south facing, completely screened in with two access doors from the house and two doors to the backyard. Our heated pool ($25 + tax per night when requested) allows you the option to cool off at anytime or warm up during the cooler days and nights in Florida. Pool Heat is recommended October through April.

Orchid Place includes a master bedroom with a king size bed & en-suite bathroom, a bedroom with a queen size bed, and a Mickey Mouse themed room for the children complete with two twin size beds. TV in each bedroom. Orchid Place also offers a pull-out sofa in the family room. Orchid Place can comfortably sleep 8 people. (**All linens and towels (bath and pool/beach) are provided!)

Our home includes 2 full baths (1 being the master en-suite bath), formal living room, dining room, family room, and galley kitchen with table seating.

Orchid Place is conveniently located 30 minutes from Disney World, Universal Studios, and other Orlando theme parks.

The host was excellent, great communication. The property was well stocked with essentials for an extended stay. The 'Florida Room' had a perfect view of the rear lake. Recommended for one couple and two children only.

We really enjoyed this property! Every morning, sitting by the pool, we would say "This is just lovely!" The back lanai overlooking the pond was peaceful while watching the birds and ducks. The home was comfortable with everything we needed plus more. The owner was quick to respond when I had a question and when I had trouble with the TV.Unfortunately the back left side neighbors space was an eyesore. Ideally a privacy fence between the two properties would help as they are very close together. We arrived around 1am Thursday and another close neighbor out front had their garage door open with a loud TV playing. These neighbors I assume live there and have many cars in the yard and double parked in front of their house. There's nothing wrong with that, it's just a stark contrast from front to back. Out front isn't for hanging out anyways, it's the peace in the back you want!Overall I would highly recommend this property!

This place has easy access to all and everything for a wonderful experience, location are no more than a 30 minute drive in all directions which was excellent. This place also have everything you would need from kitchen wares to bathroom and bedroom accommodation. Pool area awesome view in the morning as well as evenings. Fantastic villa for our Disney trip!

Orchid Place is a perfect villa with everything you could wish for, for a perfect Florida stay, close to the Disney and Universal parks and supermarkets. The Mickey Mouse bedroom and Disney touches around the villa were a lovely touch. The pool was perfect with beautiful views over the lake that we already miss! Thank you for a lovely stay.

Very nice getaway

Outside of the neighborhood getting pretty rowdy on weekends my family very much enjoyed our stay. The house definitely had nearly everything we needed and had a good symmetry to the places we wanted to visit.

Nice house great location in quiet neighborhood

We had a wonderful stay. The house location was great. Enjoyed the house. The pool and pond view was terrific I started my day having my coffee listening to the birds and ended my day sitting on the patio enjoying the warm nights.

After many trips to Florida, we decided the time was right to purchase our second home. The Kissimmee area has so much to offer that we knew we wanted to be a part of the community.
