Pool/ Soa heat: If you need to add pool/spa heat during your stay please let me know at least 3 days prior your arrival. The heating fee is $50 per day - for stays of 7 nights or more, we offer a discount of $40 per day.
If you booked last minute, I will try to arrange for you.

BBQ ACCESS: We have a BBQ on site available to the guest at an additional one-time cleaning fee of $40. Note We do not provide propane.

The host was very responsive and provided helpful reminders. The home was very well maintained, felt clean, and was a great value for our group of seven. We had two families with teenagers and found the accommodations very comfortable. After long days at Disney we found the heated pool to be just the relaxation we needed.

We had a great time as a family of 6 at this Kissimmee location. Jackie our host was very gracious and accommodating. The location is centric, safe and you can also enjoy serenity of the community- friendly people. The home is very comfortable, clean and had all we needed for a great time at parks and to enjoy the home and pool. Food and groceries within 2.5 miles. Highly recommend!

The property listing was quite accurate and a very lovely place. If I could give Jackie a 10 star rating on communication she'd deserve it. She reached out to us a couple of times to see how things were going and ask if we needed anything. She was able to accommodate an extra night's stay due to last minute change in plans in our schedule. We'd love to return in the future for other Orlando trips. We had a great stay! The house was beautiful and clean. We had a few issues with the heated pool and spa while we was there. The host tried her best to get those handled and took care of while we was on our stay. She even gave us a partial refund for the time we was unable to use the pool with no issues. This is one of those things that are just going to happen when owning a home. The fact the issues were handled with respect, understanding, and in a fairly timely manner meant the world to us. I would book this home confidently in the future knowing the host will take care of you the best that she could. Also on top of that the home was well stocked and very conveniently located to food, stores, and all the Disney parks. I would definitely recommend this home! We appricate the stay and would love to stay again in the future in this beautiful home!
