I choose this building because it was close sports stadiums and close to downtown.
What makes this property unique
Having 4 bedrooms with each bedroom having its own master bathroom is one big difference. Bathrooms feature blue tooth speaker! Having new washer and dryers make it nice for tenants to do their laundry.
