Our 3 bed, 3 bath - (2 bedrooms plus a den converted into a bedroom with a luxurious queen bed, 35' flat-screen TV, storage and beautiful wood and onyx doors), totals 1903 sq.ft. and is located on the 8th floor in Tower 2. Both large bedrooms with luxurious king beds have ensuite bathrooms, one with a bathtub.

Included are high end furnishings, original artwork by Toller Cranston, Mario Perlet, Manual Lepe and Abelardo Favela, a Bustamante sculpture, private elevator that opens to the suite, floor to ceiling windows, recessed lighting, a 45" 3D TV in the master bedroom and 45" Curved TV in living room., wireless internet, Bose stereo system. Water dispenser, Fully equipped owner’s kitchen with cappuccino maker, air fryer, regular drip coffee maker, Vitamix, fancy dishes for entertaining.

Private beach, poolside and beachside service. Lobbies offer fantastic space created and furnished by Yoo by Starck. Grocery store conveniently located within one block.

Why they chose this property

I like Puerto Vallarta because the restaurants are amazing, the people are friendly and happy, the town is very artistic with the Artwalk on Weds nites in high season. It is very safe and not at all like the perception our news brings us of Mexico. Icon is only a 5-10 minute drive from the airport.

What makes this property unique

I love to workout in the air conditioned fitness center while watching the waves. I almost always know other people at the bar and they are very interesting, intelligent and creative. I fell like i'm in Alice in Wonderland with the unique Phillipe Starck designs.
