This beautiful beachfront condo development is located on Playa de Oro in the heart of Puerto Vallarta’s hotel zone. Near the marina and 10 min from downtown Puerto Vallarta, Peninsula Vallarta consists of 3 condo towers & Plaza Peninsula. Our condo is located in tower 3 next to the Pitillal River. The tower amenities include: a lobby & multiple lounges with wireless internet. Outside you can relax on a day bed alongside the 394 ft. infinity pool, lay in the huge wading pool perfect for children, or take a nap under a palapa on the beach. Order chair-side service from "Tower 4". Meals, drinks, snacks to your chair.

CONDOMINIUM
This spacious 2250 sq. ft condo has 3 bedrooms and 3 baths. The master suite features: a king-size bed, jacuzzi tub, 32' flat panel TV (Cable), and access to a private balcony with views of the Sierra Madre Mountains & the Pitillal River. The 2nd bedroom includes: a queen-size bed, private bathroom, and also has access to the Sierra Madre / River facing balcony. The 3rd bedroom, perfect for kids, is furnished with 2 twin beds and a wall closet.

The kitchen has granite countertops and overlooks the living & dining areas which share incredible ocean views. This great room, has a 47” flat screen TV (Cable) and wireless (WiFi) high speed internet. The phone has a local number for making and receiving calls. The adjacent oceanfront balcony is furnished with lounge chairs and a seating area.

Additional features include: refrigerator with independent water / ice filtration system, In-Unit washer / dryer, room-by-room controlled air-conditioning, and a private parking space.

Please note that due to Administration Rules, only Guests staying in the condo will be granted access to the property. Guests are not allowed to invite outside guests onto the property.

Very secure! The pool was amazing! Great communication. All staff and security were more than pleasant. Great little coffee shop close by. The food from poolside service was phenomenal.

Great time in PV

The Peninsula Vallarta property was pristinely clean, nicely equipped and right on the beach with a massive pool. The staff were friendly and helpful. The property manager, Oswaldo checked on us several times during our stay and was quick to react and solve the plumbing issue we had. We would definitely stay here again.

Loved The peninsula!

Loved the apartment and the facilities! Best pool in Puerto Vallarta! We stayed for 14 days. The service and good at the pool was a nice bonus. Prices were resonable Walked to many good restaurants and taxis were inexpensive to go downtown. Would stay there again!

Beautiful Stay

This a very large and beautiful condo with amazing views over and through the palm trees. The kitchen is well supplied. The three bathrooms were a plus for our party. The enormous pool is a pleasant temperature, and our teenage granddaughter loved ordering food at the pool. The only detraction was harsh music from the neighboring night spot, but it did end at 9 pm. The staff was exceptionally attentive and helpful. The condo, lobby, and grounds could hardly have been more lovely.

Wonderful stay

The condo was wonderful and staff were very helpful. Our only issue was the water temperature for showers but that may be something out of the control of the owners. The hot water for showers were unpredictable. Otherwise, great kitchen supplies for eating in, location was good, towels galore, comfortable beds. We would return.

Great family getaway

My husband and I stayed here with our three teenagers. The condo was lovely, spacious and well-stocked. The property manager was helpful and checked in frequently to see if we needed anything. We loved the location - right on the beach with restaurants, shopping and grocery stores within easy walking distance. The building has a nice gym and helpful security and staff. A few things to note - the condo is on the first floor so the ocean view is slightly obscured by the tops of palm trees. We didn’t mind and the view is still beautiful. The pool does not have nearly enough chairs for all of the guests in the buildings. If you weren’t at the pool by 9:30 you would not be able to find a chair. Also, There is waitstaff at the pool but they were few and far between and the one day we ordered food it took well over an hour to be delivered. You’re better off bringing a cooler with your own drinks and food. Lastly, the unit is right next to a loud night club. They only play on the weekends so it was peaceful during the week but on weekend nights it is very loud. You can’t hear it too much if you’re in the condo with the doors closed but if you want to sit on the balcony and listen to the ocean, you can’t. That said, we were completely pleased and would definitely rent this place again!

Hosts were great! Oswaldo and Armando always responded very quickly with issues. The icemaker was broken and they responded quickly. Unfortunately it didn’t end up working but we decided we were good with buying ice anyway and tile them not to worry about it for us. Beds were comfortable, bedding was good although the king size pillows on the king bed weren’t that great lol!! The one blender there wasn’t really strong enough to mix blended drinks unfortunately and the bigger blender was missing the top part but again these are all first world problems. We loved the place! The pool was lovely and the location was great with lots of stores and restaurants within walking distance. We would likely stay here again!!

Great location, modern and spacious condo

Very good experience overall. There was a slight delay in check but otherwise no issues. The apartment was well set up and very spacious. The only small issue was that the unit needs some more cleaning and the entrance door needs to be repaired since it is difficult to lock/unlock. The last day the air conditioning system vent in the kitchen started dripping and we reported this to the property manager. So the owner may want to do some minor repairs and upkeep to keep this property well maintained. I look forward to staying there again when I visit PV next time.

This property is in a wonderful location! Unit is in Tower 3. it is on a lower floor which was nice, but not as great a view if higher. The Food and Service at then Pool Bar and Grill was great. Pool is wonderful but needing a little repair. Pool area was not crowded at all. I was there for 17 days in Oct. Air in Condo worked great, everything we needed was there. Walking distance to several restaurants, which we enjoyed. Not a long ride to downtown to eat or see the sites. Close by airport but did not hear planes at all, even outside. The Major Downer for this Condo Development is the Bar next door. Loud Music AND ANNOYING Siren sounds that they play every 10 minutes. It is loud even in the condo with doors shut. The Music is only on Thurs, Friday and Sat. until 11ish. Short ride to Costco and Walmart. Great Security. I would stay here again. Enjoyed our stay (except the sirens).

Great location!

We loved this place! Right in front of the ocean and we barely needed to use the aircon as there was always a breeze. Very well equipped and stocked. Great to be able to have a massage in the apartment as well. The only minor issue we had was that the wifi did not extend to the master bedroom, but otherwise, we had a great stay and would recommend this listing..

Apartment was spacious and nicely set up. Pool was expansive which prevented crowdedness. Property was well maintained. Gym facility was excellent, although due to COVID restrictions, appointments were required and all morning times were “reserved” although it appeared some never showed up to their reserved time.

Great yet just ok

Very mixed on how to review this property. It was amazing! Yet there is some room for improvement. Pros: - The pool was incredible! Big pool so you have tons of room for yourself and others -Beach access and the best beaches near PV -Pool side drinks and food was incredible! Great price and very tasty Mexican food. You can really stay there all day, which we did. -The size of the condo was great. We only had 4 people, but can very comfortably have 6 people no problem. (bring house shoes or slippers though, the tile is hard on your feet. And you do a lot of walking inside since the condo is so big) -Location was just far enough away from PV to be quiet but close enough to take a taxi easily. (55ish peso for an Uber) -On site concierge is super helpful on restaurants and grocery stores and other local info. Cons: -Water heater sucks. 1 person cannot take a shower more than 3 minutes with hot water. Even though there are 3 bathrooms, everyone can't shower at once with hot water. -The trees are a little tall, so you can't whale watch from the balcony. -Beach club has loud music on the weekend. Thankfully, its only on the weekend and during the day. -Property manager is not very responsive to text. So if you need anything, you have to call. -No guests are allowed on the property if they do not have a "special" wrist band. So if you invite friends over, you need to tell the property manager, who will then call security. (Found that out the hard way) Overall, we really enjoyed our stay here and will probably stay again. The pool and beach are easily the best parts of the property.

We love discovering unique restaurants, exploring hidden beaches, & experiencing everything the area has to offer. These days we visit PV about 3 times a year. We have made the trip to Guadalajara a few times & have even made the long drive from Los Angeles during the rainy season. We continue to learn new things & enjoy ourselves on every visit.

Why they chose this property

Some extended family of ours who have also been frequenting the area for years decided to buy property. After years of them hounding for us to do the same, we finally took the plunge. We absolutely fell in love with this location. The convenience, the design, & luxury have all just become icing on the cake.

What makes this property unique

We absolutely appreciate the convenience of the condo. Everything is so close...a few short miles from the PVR - airport, downtown, & the marina. Taxi cabs are always nearby at the entrance of the property making getting around that much easier. The only thing better than being so close to everything is the fact that the outside world seems to disappear the moment you step on the terrace or lay back onto one of the many day beds by the pool. This place truly is paradise.
