Thank you so much for taking the time to provide your feedback. We are so glad to hear you enjoyed your stay and hope to welcome you back soon!

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We're glad to hear that your group enjoyed the spacious living areas, ocean views, and convenient beach access. We appreciate your comments regarding the layout, bathrooms, and maintenance, and we'll be sure to share them with the property owner for consideration. We also understand your disappointment regarding the beach construction during your stay. While the work was outside of our control, we did provide a discount to help offset the inconvenience and sincerely apologize if you felt that compensation was not sufficient. We certainly understand how frustrating it can be when unexpected circumstances impact your vacation experience. Thank you again for your feedback, and we hope you'll consider staying with us again in the future.

Thank you for your feedback. We’re so glad you enjoyed the location and proximity to the ocean! We’re sorry to hear about the condition of the porch, lawn, and upper porch area. We’ve shared your comments with our team so these items can be addressed, including maintenance and cleaning. We appreciate you letting us know and hope to provide you with a better experience next time!

Thank you so much for your thoughtful feedback—we’re really glad to hear you enjoyed the location and that the kitchen and gathering space worked well for your family. We also truly appreciate you pointing out the areas that need attention, like the sunroom furniture and porch screens. That kind of insight helps us know exactly where to focus our efforts to make the home more comfortable for future guests. The suggestion for an outdoor shower is a great one—we’ll definitely pass that along. We hope you’ll consider staying with us again so we can give you an even better experience next time! Thank you Jennifer for providing your feedback. We do apologize for any inconvienence experienced during your stay. Of course, this home is not advertised as handicap accessible. We practice being transparent with our properties. The Beachcomber is a 70 year old, two story house on the beach as shown with the many images and a virtual tour provided on VRBO. We do this to provide clarity as to what the property actually looks like and how it is set up. Had we known after you booked on VRBO that you were seeking handicap accommodations, we could have suggested something more suitable. However, we do apologize your stay was not up to par. Your vacation should be memorable from the fun that was had and not the difficulties endured. Thank you, The Booe Crew

Please feel free to reach out to us with any further concerns, comments or suggestions you would like to share. Again, we apologize to hear the high standard we set for ourselves was not met. Especially with the home being for sale, we strive to keep it in the utmost pristine condition. The Booe Crew
