(FIRE RELOCATION DISCOUNT please contact me directly.) Families and friends welcome to this great comfortable place that is centrally located to everything. Close walk to grocery, gym and shops. 8 mi. to Universal City. 11 Mi. to Hollywood Walk of Fame. 17 mi. to the Santa Monica Pier and beach. 18 mi. to Magic Mountain and 45 Mi to Disneyland..
The space
You enter to a bright comfortable living room with floor to ceiling picture windows looking out to a greenery-enclosed front yard. The living room has a big soft comfortable couch, white stone fireplace next to a 55 in TV with Sono speaker surround sound throughout the living room. Formal dining room, 2 bedrooms with kingsize and queenside beds. The couch and a blow up mattress are the other sleeping areas. Full kitchen that was actually featured on HGTV's "Over Your Head" (A show from years ago) that installed a farm sink, cement counter tops and Stainless Steel Subway Tiles.
But the pride of the house is... (Of course after the surround sound in the living room) is... our latest remodeled white marble and tiled bathroom with big deep soaking bath tub and bidet.
That brings us to the last of our illustration. We have a really great comfortable outside space with another big soft couch, dining area, BBQ grill, water fountain and wood burning stove all in a private enclosed yard.

Terrific Family Friendly Stay

Great Find!

I have been looking for an alternative to hotels in the Van Nuys, Woodlands Hills area. Our daughter lives in the area and we visit often. We like our own space. So our VRBO search found this home. It is clean, warm and comfortable. The property is as pictured. Because of heavy rains, we were unable to enjoy the outside space. Best part of our experience was the communication with the owner. He was immediately responsive to our requests. We will return!
