Gorgeous Beachfront Condo with Incredible Views, Pool & Direct Beach Access!

BEACH HOUSE II #303 - PERMIT #2023-2507
Maximum Occupancy: 6 guests (includes infants & children)
Vehicle Maximum: 1 (includes golf carts, trailers, recreational vehicles, etc.)
Pets/Animals of any kind are NOT permitted!
Spring Break/Holy Week Restrictions: IMMEDIATE FAMILIES (parents, grandparents, & children) ONLY
Wristbands are required for all guests during Spring Break/Holy Week and are $25 + tax, per person.

PLEASE NOTE: Building III at Beach House (seperate building than this condo) is undergoing building maintenance beginning June 7, 2025 and is expected to continue for approximately 30 to 45 days. Scaffolding is currently present near ONE of the pool areas around building III. There are TWO pool areas at this complex. While BOTH pools remain open for guest use, you may notice the temporary setup during your stay in the pool area by building III. Rest assured, there is no scaffolding present in the building this unit is located in.

Beautiful Beach Front Views!!!

This 3 bedroom/3 bathroom condo is truly beachfront! Beach House II #303 is situated right on the beachfront of South Padre Island, overlooking the beautiful beaches and breathtaking views of the Gulf of Mexico. This condo is the perfect island getaway for friends and families to come for a beach vacation. The living area is spacious and features comfortable seating to lounge around by the flat screen tv. Guests will sleep soundly in all 3 bedrooms! The master bedroom entails a comfy king bed, an en suite bathroom, flat screen tv, and great ocean views! All 3 bathrooms have walk in tile showers. The 2nd bedroom features a king bed and flat screen tv. The third bedroom entails a full bed. This condo accommodates six (6) guests.

The kitchen has been recently updated and is fully stocked with dishes, utensils, pots, pans, and appliances you will need to prepare meals. The condo provides cable as well as free WiFi. There is direct access to the beach from the pool area making it easy to relax in the sun. Restaurants and shops are also located within walking distance of the condo. South Padre condominium

We stayed four nights at the condos in South Padre Island. It was beautiful. It was set up nice m, great beach view and everything we really needed. Thank you for having such a beautiful space for us to stay in.

This condo is as pictured and described, and I call it suberb. There are 2 comfortable king size beds, on the 3rd floor, facing east, so there's an excellent view from the balcony, living area, and the main bedroom. The kitchen is tiny but very well appointed. Beach House II #303

The process to book was simple. I called and inquired about a first responder discount and it was provided without hesitation. I immediately told my police friends who are trying to decide what and where their vacations will be and SPI is on the short list of possibilities. I communicated through text message and the company was responsive and timely. My only quip was with the condo. The pictures are exactly what the co do looks like! The beach access was awesome. With all of the goodness this condo provided,I did notice there were apparent mold spots in the bedroom off the balcony and the front bedroom on the north side of the condo. I did not notice it until it was pointed out by my wife and she and my daughter started feeling a little ill. We were on the last day-Saturday, and were leaving Sunday morning (we got in Thursday after an 8.5 hour drive). I believe better care must be taken by whoever cleans the place and this should have been caught. We did not spend a ton of time at the condo, however. I did inform SPI, and they said they would have it taken care of. The view was beautiful.

Great Place to Stay

The condo was accurately described and very clean they had a great selection of dishes and utensils too use. It had all the space needed for our group. The pool was big and clean and beach access was convenient. One perk of being on the 3 floor was an awesome view of the beach from the balcony and they had an elevator which made it easy to transport beach gear to and from the beach. Only wish list item would be a washer and dryer in the unit itself. They did communicate where the washer and dryer for the complex was located and that there wasn't one in the unit. Even without the washer/dryer, I would recommend staying at this condo.
