Amenities Include: a Private Pool, an Elevator (to all levels), Big-Screen TV, 3 Independent Surround Sound Systems (which is the ultimate in sound quality), an Air Hockey Table, 2 Refrigerators, 2 Microwaves, 2 Dishwashers, a Media Room with Surround-sound PS4 with Star Wars battle front, Surround-sound Systems in the Master Suite and the Living/Dining Area, Central Air/Heat, a Gas Log Fireplace, Open and Covered Decks, Enclosed Hot/Cold Outdoor Shower, and a Gas Grill. High Speed Wireless Internet Access

Bedding: Two Kings, Two Queens, 1 Double/Twin Bunk Set, and 2 Twins.

Linens and Towels provided with Beds Made for Weekly and Nightly stays.

No Smoking.

No Pets.

Rents Weekly Saturday - Saturday. Rents Nightly with a 3 night minimum in advance during Off Season, last minute during In Season.

Please Note:
(1) Guests must pay in full when booking through VRBO. The card provided at the time of booking will be charged for the total. Guest will receive follow up communications including Management Company’s Vacation Rental Agreement for e-signature which is required for all stays.
(2) Management Company reserves the right to deny stays less than 7 nights, if the arrival date is more than 30 days out from the booking date. Stays less than 7 nights, with an arrival date between mid-April to mid-October, are strictly prohibited unless approved by management.
