Oceanfront 6 Br, 4 Bath Townhome With Community Pool At End Of B Driveway

Kialoa is a beautiful oceanfront 3 level duplex, located in a private oceanside Spinnakers Reach community. Beautiful wide & spacious beach with gorgeous emerald green water. Spinnakers Reach is a private, child-friendly, family community with a nice pool, toddler playground with small club house. The pool and kids play area are located across the street at the end of the property driveway.

The beach house has 6 bedrooms which include: 2 kings and 4 queens (1 queen room has an additional single bed~!). Also, the beach house has 4 full size bathrooms. Owner ensures all rental bookings receive fresh bed lines (the beds will be made and ready to enjoy), in addition fresh towels in each bathroom.
Kialoa has it's own private broad walk & dune deck to the beach.  The view truly is fantastic with emerald water, white sand, amazing sea shells and abundant wildlife - dolphins and sea turtle nests included!

Kialoa's amenities include: a well equipped kitchen with ice maker; 2 refrigerators (top floor & in garage); a gas grill; a washer/dryer; an enclosed outside hot/cold private shower; a 2 car garage; 3 level of decks with rocking chairs; and, a beautiful dune deck where watching the sunrise or sunset is a must!
In addition, Kialoa has 6 flat screen TV's, wireless internet, and a top covered deck great for viewing dolphins swimming up the coastline.

Gorgeous wide beach perfect for all beach activities.  Kialoa is located within 2 miles of a shopping center which includes a grocery store, movie theater, book store, local seaside shops and restaurants. On the island you can find a large Bogue fishing pier for serious pier fishers, miniature golf courses ice cream shops, biking trails and a small water park for the children.   Spinnakers Reach community also has sound-side access with pier fishing & wildlife viewing.  Just a short drive will lead you towards shopping in local fishing ports and access to a marine aquarium or sea turtle rescue organization.

Another amazing week at the beach. We love Emerald Isle and this rental is one of the best. There is plenty of room for extended family to spread out. The new decking and deck furniture is great. The house is in a great location, was very clean and well maintained. It had comfortable beds, kitchen/cooking essentials, and many amenities. The only negative comments heard during the entire stay - the coffee cups are too small!

The property was exactly as advertised. The beds were comfy and our three generations enjoyed large family meals of locally caught seafood at the generous dining table. The waves and the beach are among the finest in North and South Carolina.

We spent a great week in this location. The beach was gorgeous, the water was crystal clear and not too cold or too rough. The air worked great, each room was comfortable for sleeping. Great access to the community pool which was never crowded. Perfect secluded location made for great walks on the beach. Nice tide pools at low tide for the little kids.

Wonderful home in a great location

We loved our stay. The kitchen and bedrooms are well stocked with all the necessities. Very easy walk to the beach. Great to have a covered deck and it was fenced in with a gate. Perfect for our small children! The garage had everything we needed for the beach. We will definitely return.

Property was clean and met needs for a multi-family group of 11. Beach access was easy to get to. Note that on busy days the beach in front of this home and nearby homes fills up due to public access immediately to left. Plenty of beach toys to keep the young ones happy. It was great to see someone supply basic seasonings, which went well with a fully equipped and supplied kitchen (plenty of plates, glasses, silverware). While I was very pleased with sleeping on a firm bed, some members of my party would have preferred that at least 1-2 bedrooms had softer mattresses. Note: blender was functional, but seemed limited to one or two speeds so this item is probably ready to be replaced.
