A relaxing and enjoyable oasis with all you’ll need for an unforgettable vacation. Just steps from the sugar sand beaches and the sounds of the gulf. Enjoy lazy days by the shore and glorious sunsets at night. This building boasts one of the largest heated pools on the island. Barbecue grills and tiki huts complete the outdoor island experience. A beautiful and accommodating social room where one can grab a book to read, watch a sporting event, play a board game, or enjoy the fully equipped kitchen is available for ones enjoyment. Two tennis courts allow for a fun day in the sun. The building provides on-site security during the day. Six units per floor provide peace and privacy. Each floor has a washer and dryer which are free of charge. One covered parking spot is provided, with additional guest spots available if needed. Admiralty House Condominium is an impeccably maintained and beautifully appointed building. Located within walking distance to many shops and restaurants including Joey’s Pizza and Doreen’s Joe. Marco Island is Paradise!

Guests are required to pay a non-refundable $150.00 fee to the Admiralty House Condominium Association (by check). Guests will also need to complete a Rental Agreement and undergo a Background Check, both of which are requirements of the building's association.
